(Sorry I disappeared, I was in a car for most of yesterday and I've been with family today. I don't really want to sound rude, but I kinda don't want to ship our characters? Jamie's not really the type of person to want to date until he's like fifteen and he's kinda only into guys so… She can have a crush on him for drama if you want, though)
Oxy arm was caught by one of the slaves. More and more seemed to be coming after him, and one of them had even grabbed his hammer. "Guys? A little help? Where'd you all go?" He yelled, trying to defend himself against the crowd.
(okay yeah that sounds good)
Bee heard his cry and jumped down, judo-kicking away three of the slaves at once, grabbing his arm and swinging him up onto the trompo and back to the rooftop. "There you are, Oxy!" She remarked happily. "We were all getting worried."
Oxy's eyes widened as he took a moment to steady himself. "I'm not really worth worrying about, but thanks I guess." He glanced down at the ground, then at the roof, then back at Bee. "Wow," he said, looking impressed. He paused, noticing someone on the ground. "Can you hold my hammer for a sec? I wanna take a picture of someone."
Bee paused. "First of all, you are very much so worth worrying about, and two, sure." She took the hammer.
Oxy dug his phone out from one of the pockets in his suit. He opened the camera, and started taking pictures of one of the slaves, his friend Ryan, on the ground, smirking the whole time. He put his phone away and took the hammer back. "Sorry, me and my friend have a thing that when we get akumatized or something, we take pictures to lord it over each other. Of course, he has practically no pictures. I have many."
Bee grinned. "That's a brilliant idea." She handed him back his hammer.
"So, we should probably come up with a plan, then, right? We can't just let the victim keep going." Jamie fiddled with the bracelet on his hand, his miraculous, as he spoke.
Rena nodded looking around for the victim.
"Mmm…her akuma is in her necklace. So…distraction!" Bee declared.
Rena looked to Bee and Ladybug, gesturing to her flute. She could make illusions.
Oxy looked over at her. Could she not speak? He was sure he'd heard her speak before. "Can you not speak?" He blurted out, immediately regretting it. "Sorry, I don't mean to be rude."
"Yes," Rena said. It was a rough accent and the language was clearly rough though, "I prefer not to though."
Bee nodded. "Someone will have to sneak up behind her and take off the necklace while she's distracted."
"Oh, okay. I get that." He looked over at Bee, "I maybe could do it? I'm quiet when I'm not like this, but I don't really think I'm all that quiet as a bull."
Bee smiled. "Sure. Rena, think of something…exciting for your illusion."
Rena nodded as she thought for a moment, "How about our miraculous on the ground? Us saying we surrender?"
"A trophy!" Ladybug exclaimed suddenly.
"Huh?" Bee turned to her, confused.
Oxy raised an eyebrow. "A trophy for who?"
"That's what I was wondering."
"For Victoire. She just wants to win. Give her what she wants."
Rena nodded and put her flute to her lips looking to the others for conformation.
"Lucky Charm!" Ladybug exclaimed. She got a black-and-red magnet. Her nose wrinkled in confusion. With a shrug, she hooked it with her yo-yo and looked at Rena with a nod.
Rena lifted her flute up and played the tune watching the glowing orb grow at the end of it. She let it go, and the trophy appeared just out of the corner of Victorie's eye.
