"Oh…. right." Maya said, trying not to sound too awkward. She wasn't that good with people, but she would try. "You know we're sailing pretty close to the Bermuda Triangle, right?"
"Oh…. right." Maya said, trying not to sound too awkward. She wasn't that good with people, but she would try. "You know we're sailing pretty close to the Bermuda Triangle, right?"
"We may die." she said, a tiny bit to gleefully. "Amazing, innit?"
Walking out of his room, Alvaro was blasted by the sun's light and the salty air. "Sea life." He muttered, then he sneezed, "Why did they take us on a cruise?"
"We may die." she said, a tiny bit to gleefully. "Amazing, innit?"
Maya snorted. "Yep…." She looked at the sea. ""Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us as we live."" She quoted. "Norman Cousins."
"Death is actually one of the most peaceful things on earth." Alvaro muttered, still listening on the peoples conversation.
"F**K!!!" Jen yelled at Alvaro, startled.
Maya turned to him. "Death is only peaceful for the one experiencing it."
"Don't do that! Goddammit, that freaked me out!"
Maya shrugged. "I'm a middle child. I'm used to it,"
"Well, I see no fear in it." He blurted as he took a step forward, "Death will always be ahead of you, no matter what."
"I don't have siblings. Only child. But don't sneak up on me or you'll have a knife at your throat."
“… why are we talking about death?” Aria asked, appearing from somewhere, licking her ice cream.
"I'm not talking about it."
"Because silent inevitability truly can be terrifying for some," Maya answered.
“What.” Aria said, “We’re awfully close to the Bermuda Triangle.”
"I'm not a philosiphy freak. Then again, I got away with stealing a bus so I may not define freak same as you."
"I'm not a philosophy freak. Then again, I got away with stealing a bus so I may not define freak same as you."
Maya smirked at her. "I knew that was a highschool student,"
"Girls. Are. Odd." He muttered as he looked out over the vast blue ocean.

Maya smirked at her. "I knew that was a highschool student,"
"Hey, I survived reading 'The Old Man and the Sea' so give me a break."
"Girls. Are. Odd." He muttered as he looked out over the vast blue ocean.
"Never understood them." Jen smirked, flirting mildly.
“You guys are weird.” Aria stated, licking her ice cream.
"Oddly special, not weird, Annie." she said to Aria.
"Everyone's weird. It's the time in our lives where we don't matter to society, because "we're just kids". If we want to steal buses, or flirt with guys, or sail into the Bermuda Triangle, there's nothing anyone can do about it."
"I gave it back. I needed a ride home and I had a gun. Bus was to slow."
