she rolled her shoulder "gonna be sore for the next few days…. but i'll be fine." god i can feel it grinding against other bones…

"You sure? Do you need any pain reliever or anything?" He asked.

"I might, but it can wait." she took another bite of the meal "this is amazing."

"Uhm, thanks." He muttered. It wasnt cooked that well and was rushed. I glanced everything out… its probably not that good…

yay fucking LOVE crunchy noodles. she nodded her head to a song she remembered

Tom turned his head from her and looked out the window. He blinked and the world distorted around him, grey and black, the light was barely anywhere to be seen. He turned and looked at Seraph. Her body ozed blood as she leaned backward in the chair unnaturally, her eyes white and shaking. He recoiled with a shriek and blinked. It was gone.

Seraph look at at tom with fear and she rushed to him is probably isn't helping anything he is seeing… "Tom?" she asked with panic and fear rich in her voice.

"I'm fine sorry." He mumbled, putting his hand on his eye. "Just saw something."

"No shit Sherlock." she glanced back at her chair and sighed "what did you see?"

He sighed. "Something pretty disturbing…" The image flashed in his mind. "J-just… so much darkness… everything was distorted…"

"weird… well… as long as it's over now…" she sat back down now how do i help him?

"Y-yeah."
"It's far from over, silly boy." He felt Sycore's claws running along his neck, probing at the tender flesh. He ignored it with a slight wince.
"Want some water or something?" He asked.

She pulled out a bag of drinks "i grabbed a few while you were passed out earlier, you want one?" she asked pulling out a monster for herself (sponsored by Monster Energy Drink…. i wish)

"Sure." He replied. Tom took one and sat down, looking off at the wall. He turned to Seraph. "Do you think we'll ever get out of this realm or whatever this is?"

She nodded "We will, i know it." but… we might be split up… she opened her monster and took a drink "What'll be the first thing you do when you get out?"

He shrugged. "Go see my cat i guess… my sister doesn't like him so i doubt she fed him. Probably kicked him out of the house." He took a sip of the spicy liquid.

she shrugged "well, who knows how time passes here? a few seconds could have gone by or years could have passed."

He set his drink down. "Yeah…" He furrowed his brow. "Would we look the same age or would we be older if it was a few years? This could be the key to immortality." Tom pondered.

"maybe… wow that got deep quick." she continued to eat her meal.

"Yeah…" Immortality…
What? That came out of nowhere….I don't want immortality… He glanced at her food. "I'm going to go get something, ill be back." He told Seraph as he ran to fix his sudden sweet tooth. He grabbed some chocolate brownies and started snacking on them on the way back.

by the time Tom got back seraph had finished her meal and was snacking on some Oreo's. she waved with an Oreo in her mouth.

"Brownies." He started putting them on the table. "My weakness."

Seraph looked at the brownies with wide eyes and she ate the Oreo "You think calories we eat here will transfer over to the real world?" why did i ask that?

"Dunno but i hope not." He mumbled, shoving a browning in his mouth.

Seraph took a look at the calorie intake of the borwnie "uh…. it says zero…."
