Clara walked over to a boy around her age sitting in one of the chairs. "Hello!" she smiled.
Clara walked over to a boy around her age sitting in one of the chairs. "Hello!" she smiled.
Sato watched the girl who had just walked in. When she started talking, he couldn't help but listen in.
The nurse finally turned to Jackson, a cold expression on her face. "Come with me." She ordered. Jackson slowly got up, waking towards the nurse.
"Well of course, sweetheart," he purred, going to follow her. She slapped him. Hard.
"There will be none of that nonsense, or you'll be sent to the head." She walked on, Jackson following behind her and rubbing his cheek. "This is the common area," she said gesturing to a blank room with a few people inside. "You'll be shown your room later." With that she swiftly shut the door, leaving Jackson alone with the others.
Valerie sat curled up in the car seat. Her grandma was taking her to a therapy home. She was the only family member who still talked to her. "They're going to take good care of you there Val. You hear?" She stated. "That boy hurt you real bad, and they're going to help you heal." Valerie nodded, starting to breath faster at the mention of him. "Calm down sweetie, he can't hurt you no more." Valerie nodded. "Do you know what the name Valerie means?" Grandma asked. Valerie shook her head. "It means strength, and you've got plenty in you. You're going to be alright." Gramma patted her shoulder. She flinched. They pulled up to the Home.
Sato watched as more people walked in and wondered if this was a normal amount.
Hopefully this would work out. A nurse came, he was a tall man that she believed to be in his thirties but with the breathing pattern would only live a few years more before being hospitalized due to an untreated heart condition. He led her to a room with a few other kids and left.
Jackson leaned against the door watching as more people came in. "So… Which one of us do you think they'll experiment on first?" He asked the girl who had just entered.
"H-Hello, my name is Clara." Clara said meekly.
Jackson leaned against the door watching as more people came in. "So… Which one of us do you think they'll experiment on first?" He asked the girl who had just entered.
"E-expiriment?" Clara squeaked, gripping her cane tighter.
They walked in and got Valerie registered. Gramma pulled her into a hug. "You'll be alright." She murmured. "Okay." Valerie whispered. Gramma nodded and left. One of the nurses walked up to her. "I'll be taking you to the doctor later. She'll want to take a look at your arm." She said, gesturing to Valerie right arm. It was in a cast. "Right now You'll wait in the common room."
(Who's all in the common room?)
“Don’t worry. I’ve been here for about a week now. They haven’t Experimented on anyone.” Xenix assured Clara. “I’m Xenix. What’s your name?”
Sato walked in with the girl, "They won't experiment on us, we're just here because we need," he made air quotes, "special attention."
Jackson leaned against the door watching as more people came in. "So… Which one of us do you think they'll experiment on first?" He asked the girl who had just entered.
"E-expiriment?" Clara squeaked, gripping her cane tighter.
"Oh, come on. You've seen the movies. They'll get away with it too, most likely." Jackson responded, picking at his nail.
"C-C-Clara." she whispered.
(Who's all in the common room?)
“It’s nice to meet you Clara.” Xenix said with a reassuring smile.
Clara just stood there, terrified. She couldn't think straight.
(Who's all in the common room?)
(Jackson, Xenix, Clara, and Sato)
"Um, is there anywhere I could sit down? Leg's killing me here." she said softly.
“Why don’t we all move over to the couches?” He suggested. “We’ll be here for a while anyway.”
"S-sounds good."
Xenix led the way over to the couches, taking a seat on one of the arm chairs.
Jackson rolled his eyes and strolled over to one of the couches, sitting down. "So what are you all in for?" He asked, glancing at the others.
The nurse left her into the common room. There was a girl and three boys. Valerie sat down as far from them as she could, avoiding eye contact.
"PTSD from both a car crash and school shooting combined with rich and snotty parents."
