Sage had her eyes focused on the door and the moment the group walks through she waves them down, “Hey guys! We’re over here!”
Sage had her eyes focused on the door and the moment the group walks through she waves them down, “Hey guys! We’re over here!”
Scorpius laughs gently, waving. "Hey chica!" He calls, gently taking Virgos hand and guiding him to the group. "Everyone. This is Virgo. He's a friend of mine."
Sage gave a smile and wave over at Virgo. She bit her lip to hold back the barrage of questions she wanted to ask, "Nice to meet you Virgo."
Julia felt strange, and decided to basically stalk them. She followed them to the arcade and went inside. She tried to be unnoticeable but tripped on a token. “Shit!” She screamed loudly, trying to get back up.
“Hey, Virgo,” Zoey repeated with a friendly smile. “I’m Zoey.” She heard the girl yell and turned her head to look, wincing. “Is she okay?”
Virgo chances of walking into the arcade absent of a blush fluttered out the window, and he smiled shyly back at Scorpius. He glanced down at their intertwined hands, his heart dancing as he was led inside. “H-Hi,” He greeted shyly, still smiling though, “Thanks for letting me join you.”
Sage tried not to squeal. This boy was so gosh darn adorable! She gave him a big grin, "It's our pleasure!"
Virgo grinned a little bit more. He wasn’t often welcomed like this -mostly because he kept to himself in the first place- and it made him all the more grateful for running into Scorpius in the hall.
“Sit down and have some pizza, you two!” Zoey invited, still smiling. Virgo seemed sweet, she decided, and Scorpius was cool, at least from the few times that he and Zoey had spoken.
Scorpius didn't mind holding onto his hand. He gave a happy sigh as he dug into the pizza. "Man I'm hungry." He chuckles as he relaxed and gave a happy little noise.
Virgo smiled shyly as he sat down beside Scorpius, taking one of the smaller slices of pizza even though he was hungry—he didn’t want to be a hog. He let out a hum of delight when those italian flavors burst in his mouth, smiling as he began to eat the pizza at a slightly faster pace because dang it was good.
Sage grinned and took another slice of her and Zoey's pizza. She looked at Virgo and Scorpius, "So how did you two meet?"
"Ran into each other." Scorpius smiled. "He was to cute to pass by, so I decided to say hello." Scorpius smiled a little. He bummed Virgo gently. "Don't be shy. Go ahead an eat."
Zoey smiled. That was really sweet. She took another slice of pizza as well, taking a big bite of it.
Virgo’s blush didn’t fade in the slightest, especially after those words. He smiled shyly, and the gentle bump from Scorpius was all the encouragement he need before he was already grabbing a second, larger slice.
Sage's grinned grew, "That's so cute! Virgo do you mind if I ask you a few questions?"
Virgo smiled at her, “S-Sure, I wouldn’t mind at all.” He chowed down on the pizza—he was mostly used to cheap microwave food, not something like freshly made pizza.
Sage seemed to vibrate with energy as she asked Virgo a million questions, "What's your favorite color? Favorite subject? Why'd you agree to come with Scorpius? Do you like arcades? OOO what's your favorite arcade game? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just a really curious person."
Virgo’s eyes widened a little at the many question, then he let out a tiny laugh. “I… I like the color silver, or a mellow red—like the kind the leaves turn into in the late fall.” His nibbling on the corner of his lip before continuing, “I like english a little, and history. And… I…” Virgo chewed on his lip again. He wasn’t sure if he wanted to talk about what happened with Kemp, “H-He looked out for me, a-and… I don’t have many friends anyways,” He explained with a tiny, shy smile, before continuing, “And I like arcades, though I never really go to them often,” Because I’m broke, “and I don’t really have a favorite game.”
Sage gave a nod as she absorbed all the information, "Okay, one last question. Pineapple on pizza. Yes or no?"
Virgo bit him lip again. “I’ve… actually never tried it,” He confessed with a tiny laugh, “So I’m neutral, I-I guess?”
Sage gave her a grin, "Right answer! Virgo, you are hereby my friend."
Scorpius scoffed. "Pineapple on pizza is absolutely delicious. I don't know what on earth you're talking about Sage." He rolled his eyes before nudging Virgo a bit. "Don't mind Sage. She's over zealous at times." He gave her a smirk before returning his attention to Virgo.
"I know it is Scorpius!" Sage defended herself taking a big bite of her pineapple laced pizza, "I was saying from someone who had never had it before, neutral is the correct position to take!"
Scorpius gave a loud, heartening laugh. "I know, I know. But you also know I love giving you a hard time." He chuckles as he takes another bite of his own pizza. "but anchovies are just nasty."
