The town of Ashden is small, and odd. A group of teens in the town set out to discover the source of the weirdness, all while trying to figure out the point of the strange rules they've been taught to follow. Immediately, they're drawn to one of their classmates, a teen who calls himself the "Storyteller." He tells tales of dangerous creatures, and of a force more powerful than the world has ever known. Though, everyone knows his stories are just stories, right? And when people start to go missing, their disappearances definitely don't reflect his legends, right? Because there's no such thing as monsters.
