This is the story of the most controversial wedding of the decade. In the small beachtown of Ashulta, NJ(fictional), a wedding made national news when the a fishing boat picked up the body of the bride off the coast of Long Island, NY the morning after the wedding. The groom, maid of honor, and the caterer server are being interviewed together on a nationally televised news show. The story of the wedding and the events leading up to the bride's death are told from these three perspectives and hopefully, the cause of death will be revealed.
Anyone can join at anytime.
Use the perspectives of either the: groom, maid of honor, caterer
You can use any or all of these characters, just specify which perspective is being used at the beginning of your post. (GROOM), (MOH), etc.
Have fun with it! I am hoping it turns out to be comedic and plot twisty:)
I love creating interesting plot prompts! Anyone want to join?
(Can I join as the lawyer?)
(Yes! :) Anyone can join as any of the characters. ^)
(not sure if it will work out, but I thought it might be interesting to try several people voicing a character)
((Can I join in the Maid Of Honor perspective?))
(:D I will wait a little bit more for more people to join in and then I will post a starter. Feel free to jump in after we have started too.)
(anybody else want to join?)
(Cool. I'm just going to start.)

"I didn't notice anything off about Suzie in the morning. All of the girls were there in the room, touching up our makeup, adjusting her veil, laughing about silly memories. We never would have guessed that…" Viola trailed off as she dabbed a tissue under her eyes. "Anyways, I was never a fan of the groom. He always seemed to be hiding things from Suzie. I mean they always seemed like they were crazy about each other, but he never even introduced her to his friends. Suzie told me that morning that she had just met Tom, the groom's little brother for the first time at the rehearsal dinner."
(Whoever you want. All of the characters can be voiced by anyone. Just specify which voice you are using like I did ^)

Ocean ran a hand through her hair. "Honestly, I can't believe that happened. She was so normal and happy and excited that day- head over heels for eternity, I swear. Joking about how me and her sister were finally in dresses, how she was the princess she wanted to be since she was five. It was just pre-wedding stuff. I mean, I always was worried about the groom, but I'm always paranoid, so I just dismissed it."

"Now that I think of it, the groom stopped by the bridal suite before the ceremony. He knocked on the door and I went out to answer it. He seemed out of breath and a little anxious and demanded to talk to Suzie. Being the good maid of honor that I am, I told him that he couldn't see the bride before she walks down the isle." Viola rolled her eyes at the groom who sat across from her. "Men never follow the rules." She turned back to the interviewer. "He kept interrupting me and saying that he needed to talk to Suzie and that it was very important. I all but kicked him out and told him that unless someone was dying he better get lost."
((BM))
"I though it was weird, honestly. I mean, he comes from a pretty traditional family. I'd think he would've never think of it."
(@@ImHere are you still on as the groom?)
( Um hello, am I at the wedding?)
(@AmericasFavoriteFightingFrenchGirl_LAFFETTE!) I changed the lawyer character to the news station interviewer. Do you want to be her/him? This is basically the same role.)
(MOH)
"Right? I think the groom should tell us what was so important that he just had to see the bride before the wedding." Viola turned her glare to Tony. "Well?"
