"Genetics, maybe mother or father can't sleep well and that got passed down to us?" She replied, making it sound more like a question then an answer to a question.

Lennox shrugged and yawned again, rubbing his eyes before returning to the drawing. "They always seem plenty awake, though."

"I do too. I get like five hours of sleep and I'm always hyper through out the whole day and you need to sleep." She says as she grabs the drawing from him.
(It's tru about me irl too. Idk how life works anymore)

(I've stayed up till like, 2 am for the past week lol)
"Nooooo…" Lennox whined as she took his sketchbook. "Why do I need to sleep if you don't?"

(I can't stay awake that long, I can stay awake for like 1am)
"Because, you're ten and I'm thirteen." She said as she put his sketchbook away.

"What difference does that make?" Lennox picked up Phos and held him close to his chest, laying his head on the cat's soft fur.

"I'm a teenager and I'm going to bed after I make you sleep."

"Mmmm…" He set Phos down and drew his knees up to his chest, lying his head on them instead. His eyes were closed, but he wasn't quite asleep yet.

She picks him up and puts in on his bed.

Lennox fell asleep soon after, Phos laying on top of him and purring contentedly.

She quickly pets Phos then leaves to go to her own room.

(King: bursts into Lennox's room BOY I HEARD YOU HAVEN'T BEEN SLEEPING
