She was shocked at first from the sudden movement but Star kissed him back one hand cupping his left cheek

He kissed her for a few seconds, and then pulled back. "Okay you can go now. But let me walk you to the door at least."

She Smiled and nodded " okay"

Ryle hopped out of his truck and walked around to the passenger door and helped Star out, and shutting the door behind her. He interlaced his fingers in hers for the short walk to the front door.

She walked hand in hand with him and once they were at the door she turned to him " Do you want to come inside for some coffee or something?" She asked not really wanting to be alone

"I can if you want me to, but let me get my keys out of my truck" he said, pressing a small kiss on her forehead and jogging back back to his truck. he pulled the keys from the ignition and his backpack from the back seat, not wanting to leave anything of value in his truck at night. he clicked the lock button and started to walk back to her front door.

She wrapped her arms around him once he approached her " thank you" she whispered

He dropped his bag on the floor and closed the door with his foot, wrapping his arms around her in return. "For what?" he asked.

"Everything for being with me defending me loving me trusting me " she said burring her head in the crook of his neck

He pulled back and lifted her chin to make her look him in the eyes so she could understand how serious he was. "I will always do that for you. Unconditionally. No matter what."

She looked at him as je said that and when he was done she kissed him gently

He kissed her back and hugged her tightly agaisnt him.

she placed her head in the crook of his neck" m6 heart is in your hands Ryle please don't break it" she said

"I won't. I promise." He said, hugging her a little tighter.

She looped her arms under his and held on to his shoulders

He gently lifted her off the ground and waited for her to wrap her legs around him, supporting her under her thighs, and carried her to the couch and sat down with her in his lap.

She wrapped her legs around him and once they were on the couch she buried her head in the crook of his neck

He moved his hands from her legs to the small of her back to pull her in as close as he could get her. He rested his forehead on her shoulder and hugged her tight.

"Do you really love me? " she asked lifting her head up to look at him

"I love you more than words may ever express." He said, lifting his own head to look her in the eyes when he said it. "Why would you ask that?"

" No guy has ever loved me. . .ever " she said " so I got used to the feeling but with you I feel different like I'm important and apart of something "

"Well im sorry that you had to go through that, but I do love you. More than you will ever know. And you are important. one of the most important people in my life, now and hopefully forever."

she leaned forward and kissed his forehead before cupping his jaw " i love you too "

He lifted a hand to the back of her neck and kissed her hard but it was full of passion.

She kissed back moving one hand to his shoulder and the other to his cheek
