he retracted his hands from wherever they landed during his bruise search and huffed loudly. “if you say so”

“we could always just skip” he said, laying back on the couch but propping himself up on his elbows to look at her

" so my dad can kill me when he gets home tomorrow night?" She asked

“he won’t know” it’s not like they call your parents. my parents never know when i skip

"Blake…" she said

he arched an eyebrow and looked at her, crossing his arms

" o I have to go " she said

"Fine, if you insist. Can we at least stop for an energy drink or coffee on the way? I won't make it without one." He said running a hand through his hair trying to remember where he put his car keys when he got there the night before.

He stood up remembering he put them in his backpack and straightened his clothes from sleeping, and picked up his bag and slipped outside to start the car and cool it off and grab the bag with an extra change of clothes in it to change.

Bethany walked up the stairs changing into a black leather skirt and a short sleeve red and black flannel with knee high socks and black combat boots and put her hair in braid throwing it over her shoulder grabbing her glasses pitting them on her face she grabbed her inhaler and her Epipen before going back downstairs

He walks back in the house and slips into the downstairs bathroom and changes into a pair of medium wash jeans (no holes he's classy sometimes) and a solid black t-shirt. He pulls on a deep purple zip up jacket and slides on his usual white air forces. After he fixes his hair in the mirror he slips out of the bathroom and back into the living room.

Bethany was in the living room putting her backpack on her shoulders her back to him
