Donovan tugged down the rope ladder to get up into the higher hut. He bowed to Phoebe jokingly. "Ladies first."

Phoebe grinned and rolled her eyes. "You just want to stare at my ass." She laughed but grabbed the rope anyways and started climbing.

Donovan rolled his eyes back then smirked, "Well who wouldn't want to stare at that cake?" He purred back, starting to climb up behind her.

Phoebe laughed louder. "Hmm, it's only for you to stare at."

Donovan swung up onto the platform after her and licked his lips. "Yum. All mine." He laughed.

Phoebe giggled. "Maybe I'll let you try it out later." She winked at him.

Donovan's eyebrow quirked up, "Sounds like paradise, but first, let's deal with the rotting corpse." He headed over to the cooler, hesitating to lift the lid up.

Phoebe grinned at him, though it quickly faded as he lifted the lid. She pinched her nose at the smell. "Oh, that's disgusting."

Donovan clapped his hand over his mouth and nose, trying not to vomit. As he looked down though, he saw a body of a dead fox with a note pinned to it's skin. He looked up at Phoebe, eyes wide.

Phoebe looked at him. "I'm not touching it." She backed away from the animal corpse.

Donovan grabbed the note and slammed it back down on the fox.

Phoebe coughed. "What does the note say?"

Donovan read aloud. 'Ha ha, you didn't really think you'd get any information on me? I'm smarter than you'd think. Are you scared yet?'

Phoebe presses into him and placed her cheek on his shoulder. "Asshole." She muttered.

Donovan just muttered, "Smarter than you'd think…."

Phoebe tolted her head up at him. "What does it mean?"

Donovan looked down at her, "It means that whoever they are, we've seen them, and that people don't expect them to be smart. Therefore, we have to look where we normally wouldn't."

Phoebe's mouth made an 'o' shape. "Ohhhhh, okay. Yeah, I dont think I'm going to be much help with this."

Donovan shrugged. "You might be. We'll have to see won't we? Anyways, we should head back. We've got nothing to do here now…"

(I havw state testing soon so im goi g to be disapearing for a while)

Phoebe shrugged and nodded. "Okay." She kissed his cheek and started back down the ladder.

Donovan skipped the ladder all together and just swung down from a couple tree branches, then waited for her, hand out to help her down.

Phoebe chuckled amd took his hand. "Show off." She teased him.

Donovan quirked an eyebrow. "Only for you." He kissed her forehead before leading her back to the school.

Phoebe melted under his lip and she smiled up at him. She walked next to him on their journey back to the school.
