Appearance: when Ivy woke up, she realized that her vision was altered. She looked in the nearby river to see that she now had green and silver eyes, medium length dark blue, purple and silver hair, pale blue skin with green and purple scales on her arms and legs, and fangs. She had retractable claws and was still 5'7"

Appearance: He has brown floofy hair and honey brown eyes and a light brown skin tone. He has glasses and is about 5'5" in height.
Personality: He is a soft boi. He loves cuddles and tries his best all the time. He has anxiety and depression and stutters a lot when he's nervous which is most of the time. He might be a broken soul in his eyes, but he always has a smile on his face, for others.
Background: His mother died when he was 15 and he was left to deal with that on his own. His father was no help and basically neglected him because of grief. He had a younger brother named James to take care of.

Appearance: His honey brown eyes turned to color shifting eyes mostly based on his mood. A dark, deep shade of green normally, light blue when he's sad, red when angry, purple when he's happy. His hair had unnatural streaks of gold too and horns hidden in his floofy hair.

Abilities: He can convince anyone of anything and they'll believe him without hesitation. It's a power that he has to learn to use, and so far, he dislikes that he has the power. He's also stronger and can heal minor injuries.

I don't think there is one antagonist, it's more of a every one is the main character sort of thing, that usually how roleplays work, that way there is balance between roleplayers, every one is the antagonist.

Appearance: tall, jet black hair that tumbles to her waist, her eyes always shift from blue to dark blue to purple.
Personality: snappy, not trustworthy, acts to benefit herself, nicer to those closest to her
Background: left in a foster home as a baby, has depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia
Wings: yes
Wings appearance: feathery, they start dark black and slowly change to light plum purple, relatively large
Abilities: can control darkness, it acts as a gaseous substance and can paralyze its victims, doesn't affect Laelyn herself though
Animal: panther, represents her darkness and drive to achieve her goal
Other: loves watching anime and drawing

I guess you havent. Well in it a student gets power crazy and goes evil. He gets locked up and starts plotting revenge. Maybe your character can be like that?
