Ocean Raina Beling(my character), just like everyone else, goes to the Find A Soulmate Boutique. You “graze hands” with everyone there, and hopefully, they are your Soulmate. Everyone is colour-coded, so, let’s say, Travis Serpaino, is orange, and you’d have a list of everyone’s name and colour, and you can digitally search for convenience since there are almost 8 billion people in this world. If the next day after you visited the boutique, you receive a rose. Let’s suppose it’s from, Travis, and the rose is orange, that means that you and Travis are Soulmates. You’d go back to the boutique with your rose and wait in the back for them to come with your colour of rose. You then swap roses meaning you have now met each other and agreed with the fact that you’re soulmates.
