Ron jumped a bit "harry!"

He stormed down to halls trying to calm down

Snape, who was coming from his room, bumped into harry "potter?"

"Oh um sorry professor I was just getting some air.. "

" why? What has got you so upset that you need to leave it?"

"To be fair sir no Offence but I never said I was upset.. "

"Me and Ron were arguing that's all. "

" okay.. so, what made you spend so much time with draco?"

"We were just talking.. "

" since when? " He asked, cocking an eyebrow.
Severus sighed and rubbed his temples " look potter, I do not care what you and draco may be doing or talking about or arguing, so long as you get back to your quarters in five minutes I will take no points. " He said turned to walk away

"Yes sir.. " harry turned around and headed back to his room hoping Ron was asleep pushing open the door and flopping on his bed

Ron was out, snoring like a goat.
Draco sighed, tossing and turning like he usually did, he wouldn't sleep again tonight..

Harry was thankful Ron was asleep as he rolled over on his back looking up at the ceiling

Draco sighed, grabbing his wand and papper with a quill. He wrote a note 'you up?' and tapped it with his wand. The paper magically fell on Harry's face

Harry laughed a bit before sending the letter back to draco 'yeah why? '

'cant sleep again'

'Oh well your never gonna guess who I ran into a few minutes ago.. '
