"C'mon, we've spent to much time up here…" Looking down at the street, he asked them, "Where would you like to go?"
"I dunno, I haven't been many places, so I don't really know where I'd go. I don't travel often."
"Well, have you ever wanted to go somewhere? The Grand Canyon? Colossus of Rhodes? Great Pyramid of Giza? Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Lighthouse of Alexandria? Mausoleum at Halicarnassus?"
"Uh… the library? A rainforest? I like animals." He gasped. "Sophie! Oh no! She's still back at home! What's she going to do without me?"
"Sophie? Whos that?"
"My emotional support dog! She's a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and I love her to death, but what's she going to do?! She won't have a job! W-what if my family gets rid of her?"
"They most likely will not! They already lost you, do you think they will throw away something you loved and needed?"
"I… I guess not… but she can't help me when I'm dead. She helps… helped me with anxiety and PTSD."
"Animals can see ghosts… I've seen some creepy pictures where animals are growling at them and their owner has no clue what's going on!"
(^ yes i have seen pics like this)
"So I can go find her?" Robin looked hopeful. "Can we?"
"Sure!" Lance said happily, taking Robins and the Estella’s hand he leaped of the building.
(Sorry for leaving, I was forced to bathing my cat)
Robin covered his mouth with his hand so he wouldn't cry out in fear. He wasn't expecting to be pulled off a building today, but he also wasn't expecting to die. His existence was filled with surprises.
Hitting the ground with a silent thump, Lance pulled them out the upcoming traffic. "Lead the way Robin!" He smiled.
"Er, t-to my house?" He assumed that was what he was being asked to do so he looked around for something he recognized to lead the way. Cars were driving right through them, but Robin was preoccupied, so he didn't really notice. "This way." He started to float off to his left.
'That's my boy.' Lance thought as he followed, while still holding Estella's hand.
It took about five minutes to reach Robin's house, and he hesitated a second before going through the wall. Sophie was laying on the couch, looking towards the door as though waiting for Robin. When he came through the wall, she turned towards him, her tail wagging. She hopped off the couch over to Robin. "Hey Sophie! Sorry, I can't pet you right now, but you can see me!" He crouched beside the dog.
Walking besides him, he placed his hand on top of the dogs head, "She's cute." He said softly. "I never had a dog before, or ever touched one for that matter."
"Really? Dogs are great!" Sophie sniffed Lance and seemed confused when he didn't have a scent.
"My brother-in-law has a gray wolf, do you think that is close enough to a dog?" He stared at him in question.
"Technically. I have wolves! Well, had I guess. I called them Lupus and Luna, Latin for Wolf and Moon respectively."
"Uhhmmm," Lance agreed, shaking his head. "Lonan, my brother-in-law just called him wolf- Wolf, he has a very bad naming system."
Estella snorted, wishing she could pet the adorable dog. “You said her name was Sophie?”
"Hmm, I like naming my animals in Latin. Or English if I don't like the Latin translation. I have Arbor, Papaver, and Lilium other than Lupus and Luna. In order, those translate to Tree, Poppy, and Lily. Arbor and Papaver are deer, and Lilium's a rabbit."
Estella snorted, wishing she could pet the adorable dog. “You said her name was Sophie?”
Robin nodded. "She's great, very calm and sweet." (Fun fact, she's based off of one of my old dogs. One of the best dogs I ever had)
