Star walked out of her house because she swore she heard a noise" hello"? She asked wavering her flashlight from place to place

Jayven went completely still from where he was. He was behind the barn and had accidentally made sure ton of noise by knocking over a few rakes, "Crap…" He muttered.

Star was fast faster than fast she raced to the barn when she hear the noise " hello?"

Jayven didn't want to answer as he hid around the back of the barn, but the inside of his cheek. On the side of the barn, there were fallen rakes and it was clear Jay was behind the barn mainly because, a bit of his white hair stuck out and furious birds were chirping at him.

Star slowly turned the corner " I'm not going to hurt you" she said

Jay jumped and looked at the girl who had spoken and came around the side, "U-uh hi, sorry for trespassing…" He said nervously.

" I'm not going to hurt you. . .but why are you here" she asked

"I um, got a bit mixed up from where I was going and I somehow ended you here…" He admitted.
