She turned the garage light on and grabbed a piece of chalk off a shelf. In the spot where the truck would go, she drew a large circle with odd symbols and runes on it. She then put the glass of water in the middle and fished a black key covered in gold rust that had a rune matching the biggest one on the symbol. She dunked it in the water, and it started to fizzle. "Stand in the small chalk circle opposite me," she said, moving into one of the circles
Mike did so, careful not to smudge the circle's outline.
The key in the cup started to spin, and Pluto snapped her fingers. Suddenly they were in a massive palace-like commons room. "Welcome to the war room, a pocket dimension that changes however you please." It seemed relatively empty save for a large table and a few various paintings
"Dang," Mike said. "I'm impressed. Wish we had something like this back at camp, it would save a lot of space and money."
"Yup, it's pretty nice. I get access to it courtesy of Echo. It's basically inaccessible unless you've got one of these," she said, holding up the key. "But there's only 4 in existence, and Michael and the reapers are the ones that have the others. Go ahead, try to make something appear."
"Like how, do I just…?" He hesitated, then shrugged. "I….would like a punching bag."
Nothing appeared. "You gotta think it. Try closing your eyes, and think 'punching bag' really hard for a few."
"Kay." Mike closed his eyes, frowning. After a minute, he cracked them open again. "Oh hey, there it is. I didn't actually think that was gonna work."
Pluto rolled her eyes, laughing a little. "I think you thought it a little too hard." Instead of one punching bag, there were actually at least a dozen in the room now
Mike chuckled. "Jeez. You can tell what an ordinary human I am. The only thing I know about magic is how to counteract it." He cracked his knuckles. "I guess I'm fighting a crowd today. Join me?"
Pluto shrugged and chucked off her leather jacket. "Sure, why not?"
(And now we come to my fatal weakness–writing action/fight scenes XD lol I overthink it so hard)
Mike set off into the forest of punching bags, systematically knocking them out of his way. "You gonna be a cheater and use magic?" he called good-naturedly.
(oh don't worry I can't write fight scenes worth anything) "Naw, it's just boring when what you're punching doesn't punch back." Pluto went about hitting the bags before getting bored entirely. "Hey, why don't we spar each other?"
(I'm actually in the middle of my workout right now lol. If you can wait like an hour I can offer you my full attention XD)
(agh sorry lol so lost right now. Jensen and I were off doing fun stuff and idk how long ago I was on)
(hello I'm sorry for disappearing can somebody pls give me a summary of what happened because I really don't want to red through it)
(basically explained Samandriel to Mike and then went to spar to kill time)
(?? okay. thank you but spar to kill time? what happened??)
(ok cool. I'm kinda exhausted and not really up for roleplaying that much, so I'll probably be on and off. Just yell something about Voltron if you need me)
(ok, and Eevee I was just making stuff up to kill time. right now Mike and Pluto are in a small pocket dimension)
(Hi guys! ^^)
Mike turned to face Pluto, only slightly out of breath. "Sure. I'm kinda curious what your style is."
Pluto snapped her fingers and the ridiculous amount of punching bags disappeared. She got into a fighting stance. "Don't think I'll go easy on you."
