(same I liked Pluto lol)
(same I liked Pluto lol)
(yeah she's one of my cooler characters but I think the dude I'm gonna swap her out for will be a little better suited for this rp)
(sweet)
(guys I can either use Yvette, who's a normal human but I like her character, or I can use Artemis who's the other god that's part of Lucifer's universe)
(idk? I mean I'm using my medic god but idk)
(okay which would make more sense? Yvette is an angry but also depressed human that uses warlock magic and does lots of jobs that involve working with gods. Artemis is an anxious god that just wants peace in the universe so she can get a break from all the chaos for like two seconds at least)
(Yvette sounds like she would make more sense)
(Okay)
(I agree)
(so can we start back up again?)
(sure)
(yeet I guess it's my turn then?)
(ye)
(Ok one sec)
When Pluto flipped the switch, nothing happened at first. Then, a dim bluish light started up in the darkness before them. It grew until it became a cloud of multicolored sparks that swirled off into the cloudy distance, much farther than the room seemed to extend. It was a fresh young galaxy, blindingly bright and letting off clouds of vapor filled with the elements of life. For some reason there was still air surrounding the lectern, which now floated in space by itself.
Not far off, a figure walked through the stars, picking up a handful now and then and examining them, then letting them sift through his fingers. It was Blake, although his clothes were different now, and he looked older somehow. After a moment, he noticed the group standing nearby and smiled brightly.
"Ah, hello! You made it, excellent! How was the journey?"
Pluto frowned at him. "Well, for lifting a curse that was pretty anticlimactic."
"Hm? Oh, you haven't lifted it yet, that will require a bit more ceremony. But that switch was to let me know you were there. One moment." He stepped over to the lectern and the starry scene faded, setting them back into the lecture hall. "Who's your young bespectacled friend?"
"His name is Perry," Pluto said. "And this better be almost over, we went through a lot to get this far."
"Not to worry." Blake stepped into the center of the stage, and a large black circle was suddenly burned into the wood at his feet. "I'll need a feather from you, Pluto–a small one will do–and a bit of Asura's flame, and….let's see….a drop of blood from you, Mike."
"Well, not the worst thing that's happened to us lately," Pluto muttered, reaching around to pick an inky feather from her wing. She handed it it Blake
Asura stepped back, closing his hands into fists and diminishing his flame. "Why?"
Pluto scowled at Asura. "Just give him the damn fire, I wanna go home," she grumbled
Blake accepted the feather. "I obviously can't break the curse on my own. You are a demon king, therefore your life energy is very potent and can be used to break divine seals. Pluto's energy–in this case, her feather–will free my power to its full extant, while Mike's energy will negate Ennienwin's magic altogether. It's a simple species-based formula that works in most dimensions, I've found. Come now, I only need a little."
"Fine," he said, irritated. He snapped his fingers, and Blake's hand was suddenly engulfed in a painless flame.
"Thank-you," Blake said politely, stepping into the circle. "Now then, you three stand outside this line, here, here, and here, please. Be ready to follow rather specific instructions."
