Kayla cover her ears trying to drown out the sounds. The beautiful, majestic sound…No! She looked around for something, anything to snap the crew out of it or mess up the Siren. Men kept going over board.

He swam towards the surface, not giving up. Though pulling men down underwater as he did, ripping their flesh with his nails.
A net! Maybe that would stop them? Worth a try! Kayla grabbed the net and began dragging to it to the edge. Part of her wanted to let go of the net and jump in. A few times she did let go of the net and move towards the edge but she always snapped out of it. Now that Orion was primarily focusing on her a few more men snapped out pf it.
"Help me!" Kayla yelled at them. They realized what she was doing and started helping her drag the net as well.
(Hey I won't really be on much today just so you know. (And maybe tomorrow and the day after))
He heard yelling from whoever else was up there, though he couldn't understand it clearly enough.
He swam around the men as they snapped out of it more. He quickly would grab them by the necks, breaking them immediately and going to the next victim.
(I probably wont until after 5:30 tonight anyways. Well 5:30 my time.)
Kayla and the men heaved the net it, hoping either to fish some men or the Siren out. Once the threw it in the let it sink before heaving upwards.
(Well its 3)
In the middle of dragging a struggling crew whenever down, a net came over him. Orion got caught off guard, letting go of the man, and he swam out of the way of the net before it encased Orions body.
(5:47 here)
“Heave!“ Kayla yelled, the grip from Orion's voice was loosened from her mind. The men heaved up and drew Orion out of the water.
He gasped for air as he was lifted out of the water. His tail all tangled in the nets, along with her arms. The course roped burned his skin sightly as he moved around. He stopped singing and now he was focused on getting away.
The men that were under the spell that weren't dead and still on ship began to help pull the net up, realizing what happened. As the net was heaved onto deck Kayla fell to the ground.
Orion was all tangled in the net when he fell onto the wooden floor of the ship. Taking a deep ragged breath in as a nail sticking out if the floor stabbed him in his tail.
Kayla backed up quickly as the Siren fell in front of her. She quickly got up. She stared at the Siren as the crew ran around deck, helped men out of the water and running to wake the rest of the crew and the Captain up. She stared at him and realized how beautiful he was. She shook her head.
“It´s siren charm.“ She reminded herself.
He laid there on hid back, his eyes closed as he gasped for breath. His arms and tail still tangled in the net. He took a deep breath in and opened his eyes, to lock eye contact with the girl. His eye ghostly, though in the dark they looked as if they were glowing a white blue hue.
Once he opened his eyes Kayla stepped back a bit so that he couldn't get to her. A man brought the Captain came up from below deck. He looked exactly what you would think of it you said pirate. A big bushy bread, Captains attire, big hat, all of it. He walked over to the Siren.
He struggled a bit as his eyes flickered to the captain, then back at Kaya with….panic?
He never had any good experiences with captains. All of the scars on his tail and fins were mostly from men who looked almost exactly like this. There were a ton out there. they were usually really mean except for the I occasional nice guy that he will end up killing.
He wasn't sure which type this guy was. But he wasn't going to take any chances.
The Captian looked down at Orion.
“How many men did he kill?“ He asked Kayla. She ran over to the edge and looked before coming back to him.
“Five sir. Two are injured.“ She said. She looked at the fear in Orions and felt a pang of guilt in her chest.
“What? No! He killed five men! He was trying to drown you! Stop it!" She thought.
His eyes darted every which way and direction every second. Then at the captain, at kaya, then the captain again. His eyes looking as if he were begging for mercy. Yeah he did just kill some of they're men and attempted to kill more. Including Kaya. But the look in his eyes didn't change.
The Captain nodded. "Kill him." He said. A few of the men advanced near him.
"Wait, Captain! What if we sold Jim at Tortuga?" Kayla said, not wantin him to die yet.
his eyes started to roll back into his head, his breathing shallow as his shining wet chest rising as he did. His tail not moving anymore, scarlet red blood flowing out of his wound in his tail from the nail, which was still in his flesh. becoming more and more appearent as it bled.
The Captain considered it for a moment. “If you can keep him alive for that long then that is fine with me.“ He said as he headed back below deck.
Kayla turned back to only panic as he looked like he was dying. “Sh!t!“ She mumbled. Most of the crew had disappeared and gone below deck.
He opened eyes only a little bit to see everyone walking away and the girl right next to him. He rolled over on his side, the nail sticking into him more as he wincing in incredible pain. He had the right to anyway. The nail was about 6 inches long and it was stabbing into his tail. He only let out raspy breaths of air as the water dripped off of his beautiful crystal-like skin.
Kayla rolled up her sleeves before bending down next to him, looking for what was causing him pain. It was obvious that it was in pain but where? Could it not breath? She really hoped he wouldn't try to grab her or something while she did this.
“Can you talk?“ She asked, not sure seeing that he sang in a language that she couldn't understand.
"Which language?" He says through raspy shallow breathes, finally getting one of his hands free from the net and trying to get the other loose. His tone was obviously annoued.
"English. Are you hurt?" Kayla asked, as she looked around, her eyes eventually falling on where there was a pool of blood under his tail. "Bingo." She whispered as she walked over to the puddle of blood and seeing the nail in his tail.
"Nope, im perfectly fine," he says sarcastically as he frees his other arm and sits up, leaning on his elbow as he did, wincing in pain.
"Would it be alright if you…ya know…let me go?" He says raiding one eyebrow. His voice soft and sweet like honey as he spoke.
Kayla stared into his eyes, a glaze going over her eyes before shaking her head.
"I can't. If the Captian didn't kill me the crew would. Plus, you killed some of our men." She said as she lifted his tail off the nail.
"I need to hammer that down later." She mumbled.
