So, basically, these aliens have taken over Earth called Otherworlds, and they could shapeshift. This group of people have been experimented on, so they can shift into animals, plus a few other powers. They were designed to kill the Otherworlds and save the planet. That wasn't exactly what they wanted to do, though.
