Special Containment Procedures- 16' by 16' by 20' cell. Only bullet proof windows are allowed as supervision. A solid metal surrounding to ensure freezing or below freezing temperatures. Mist and fog are produced through high vents only and artificial snow.

Description- 'King of the Mountain,' Subject is always covered in heavy parka, hiking pants and bandages. The eyes od the subject are almost swollen closed and there are no eyes to be seen. No examinations have been made so far.
SCP-1529 has been known to bury victims alive in snow, ice or shrapnel. In subject breaches he is known to strangle anyone and everyone in the vicinity.
The only way to kill this subject is to tie rope around it's neck and strangle it.

Current behavior- Has not eaten his prey for a week now. He has shown intelligence to such prey instead. He has built her a small fort from his own bandages and hiking gear.

Backstory: She was pronounced guilty for a murder she didnt do. The people who thought she was the murderer took it too far in convincing the Jury to kill her for her 'crime.' But so far the SCP-1529 hasn't. He could tell she was innocent and has been keeping her alive against all preconception of her death
