Write a story for your character like I am going to create dialogue between Elias and Winter, and start their story. Write yours in between the others to make it kind of like switching between points of view.

Elias and Winter first meeting
I didn't know how to react. The signal I had broadcasted hoping it would bring someone to me had actually worked. I didn't know who had come to my aid, but I was grateful. All I knew was that it was one person. A boy. He looked really happy to see me, and yet I had never seen him before. I decided that I was going to ditch this crappy little X-Wing, and see if he would let me board his ship. I sent out a friendly transmission. (Crackle)"Hello? Can you hear me? My name is Winter. I have been stuck on Hoth for six years without any contact to people. I hope you don't mind… but can I board your ship? I want to get as far as I can from this planet." (crackle). I heard a few moments of static, and then I heard a warm voice, that was deeper than I expected. "Hello, Winter. My name is Elias. I haven't seen people in many years either. I would like for you to come aboard, and I can get you out of this system, but I would like to know where you want to go. I was headed to the rebellion. I want to fight for the good in this galaxy." I didn't know what to say. I didn't really know how to fight, but I could kill if the need arose. I decided to dock in his small hangar bay. When I landed, Elias rushed me and gave me a giant hug. I didn't know what to do. He smiled this huge goofy smile."I haven't seen a person in so long, I just needed to do something."
A trumpet sounded outside of the shadowy cave. Stomping in the sand and not bothering to be quiet, Bailee charged outside, slamming her one curled ram’s horn into each of the band of a dozen Tusken Raiders that had come, once again, to try to take away her newly earned freedom. Once the hunting party was no more than a couple of torn fabric scraps on the ground and feeling, injured Raiders, Bailee snorted derisively and clunked back inside. She may be made for Tatooine, but the heat, especially at midday, could be unbearable.
