"No, well not in this area. I'm new here." She walked beside him. She prayed to God that Robert wasn't here.
"Yeah I was guessing that." He pushed open the door to the cafe. "That's my job, you know. Getting rid of paranormal activity."
Ellen made a frustrated sound. She couldn't do anything while they were in the cafe.
"Oh cool! It sounds dangerous but cool." She slipped through the closing door and into the somewhat busy cafe.
"Anywho, I'm always looking for crew members. My mechanic and I are pretty much it right now."
Seth wandered around for a bit, looking around till she saw the cafe. It was really busy. She decided to find a table somewhere to continue working on her designs instead, and sat down at a table near the cafe.
"Oh, I've been studying piloting for ten years. I got my piloting license two years ago." She smiled and got in line.
(Oh shoot)
"Great! Would you be interested in a job on my ship?" He asked.
"That'll be great, I've been looking for a piloting job for a while now."
"It's a deal then!" He offered his hand.
She shook it. "Thank you, Boss." She grinned. (Is it normal for people to non-stop smile? I don't smile alot bcuz of personal problems. cough cough Depression Cough cough)
(Yeah I think normal people do that…i wouldn't know though…)
(Idk, most people I see have resting faces with slight smiles. Shrugs)
Ellis smiled in return. "Great!"
(Shall we do a time jump?)
(Yo, Ellen's waiting for them to walk out of the cafe.)
(I didn't say when we would time jump to)
(k, i didn't know if they were going to leave the cafe or not :P)
Gaia opened the door for Ellis, holding her coffee and the boxed remains of her bacon sandwich in her other hand.
Ellen smirked and started quietly trailing behind them.
Ellis sighed. "Thanks for buying lunch. The ship has taken most of my money these past few months."
They were headed in the direction of a thick crowd. Ellen dashed forward and ran smack into one of them.
Ellis turned. "What the- hey!" He grabbed the girl's wrist.
"You're welco-" Her voice died down when she saw the problem they were in.
Ellen gasped. This wasn't going as planned. "What the hell dude?! I didn't do nothing wrong! All I did was bump into you!" She snapped, trying to stomp on his foot.
