(Ay you spelled his name right! XD
(yeet
alright so here's how it's gonna go down)
Patagonia McAdden followed the directions on his phone carefully, desperate not to get lost in the middle of the woods. His parents had left him to travel to school alone, but for once he was fine with that. He'd rather be alone to freak out over his major victory.
"In 450 feet, turn left."
Payte compared the map on his iPhone to the scenery in front of him and, sure enough, a small dirt road branched off to the right before disappearing down the side of a vast, pine-filled canyon. He took the road and tapped lightly on the brakes, slowing the SUV to a crawl.
About 10 minutes and 3 miles later, there seemed to be a break in the thick foliage and the road made a sharp right. There at the end was Harcourt Academy for the Gifted. Breathless with sudden excitement, Payte parked his Toyota Highlander in the small dirt lot. No one was there yet; he was about 15 minutes early for the opening, but he was sure more people would arrive soon.
Helena drove in with her motorcycle. She saw a boy pull in and step out of his car.
Adeline looked out the window with almost childish excitement, ready to start school for once. She jumped out once she got there, bidding her parents farewell and grabbing her bag. ((Sorry it's short, multitasking))
(Please tell me I didn't miss much)
Gleb was sitting back in a bench outside the school. He was on his phone and hissing through his teeth
Lance took his time as he exited out of the building and slowly walked out of the way for a group of young boys, who in return his him on the back with their bags. "Rude," Lance muttered, turning away from them and walking over to the stairs.
Helena walked into the building. She didn't really know her way around so she decided to go talk to someone. No, that would be a last resort. Head office? Maybe.
(sorry i was tying down the grill so it wouldn't get blown away)
Patagonia watched everyone pulling up out of the corner of his eye as he opened the trunk and grabbed his luggage, reminiscing momentarily over the Aussie Shephard fur that lined the trunk and backseat. He'd given the old dog to his little sister, Bariloche, as a going-away gift. He didn't regret the grin his sister gave him a bit.
Sofia stepped out of her car and just stood by her door for a moment, looking around. She closed the door, harder than she meant to and walked to the opposite side of her car, grabbing luggage out of the backseat.
Spewing out of the evergreen tree from a path that didn't actually seem like an actual path, came Brian swirving into the dusty parking lot sending rocks and twigs everywhere. His rocket missiles, that were attached to his bike, sputtered dead with a snap.
"Aw man," he whined, locking his bike in place with a chain while also picking out leaves and twigs from his hair. "Well luckily I brought extra," he smiled, swinging his rocket filled back pack over his shoulders as he walked over towards where the cool looking people were.
(lol)
Patagonia leapt out of the way of the bike, nowhere near the actual thing but still shook by it for some reason. "Well, hi there."
Saffi pulled out a few more bags and swung them over her shoulder, grunting slightly at the weight. She shut the door, softer this time, and tried to position her bags on her body so she could carry them easier.
(lol)

"Well hello there yourself," Brian smiled even wider as he held out a glove covered hand. (Question: what season is it?)
Looking across the school grounds, Lance spotted out the random rocket bike rider, "I want that bike." He murmured, walking in that direction.
(August in NY would be like a warm Autumn)
Patagonia took his hand hesitantly and shook it, giving the guy a smile. "Umm… I love what you did to your bike."
Adelaide walks through the woods, following directions on her phone. Because she was looking at her phone, she kept falling over. She had to catch herself from swearing everytime.
Saffi had no idea where to go, so she walked over to the nearest people she could find (Patagonia and "Brain"). Not wanting to interrupt, she silently waited for an opening to ask them a question.
Watching Saffi from the corner of his eye, Patagonia nodded towards her. "Hey there."

"Thanks!" Brian chuckled, brushing back his copper hair, "it cost saving two chicken, a clown, and a trip (cough-burglury-cough-cough) to NASA to get this where I wanted it."
He then saw a person standing in the corner, "Hi, what's your name?"
She flinched and shook her head. "Oh, hey," she acknowledged, smiling slightly.
Zanna sped up to the entrance to the school. She tilted her wheels away and skidded to a halt. She was beaming as she got off her bike and grabbed her small backpack of belongings. She reattached her prosthetic leg and walked over to the group of kids.
Adelaide finally gets out of the woods and sees a bunch of people standing where she needed to go.
