Appearance: Simon is a tall, lanky character. He stands at a total height of 6'1" when he isn't slouching. He has a lean muscle structure from years of working on a ship and having his fair share of scraps over the years. As a result of the constant fights and explorations he has many scars scattered over his lightly tanned skin. The most notable past injuring being the slight bend/bump in his nose from being broken.
Simon's facial structure is rather heart-shaped. He had a smooth jaw line and high cheekbones. His pale lips are thin, but often pulled into a grin. His eyes are a stormy blue/grey framed by dark lashes and a messy fringe. Simon's hair always looks like he woke up and forgot to comb it. He has dark chestnut brown hair with a long fringe in the front that sweeps to the right. The rest of his mop of hair is messily trimmed to about an inch in length. Luckily he's usually wearing the captains hat.
As for general attire, Simon always wears a plain black captains hat with an assortment of random pins and trinkets on the brim. He wears a white, long sleeved shirt under a dark brown leather vest. His trousers a a matching color in a much lighter and more breathable fabric. His boots are black leather and reach just below his knees. As for other accents he likes to collect anything golden in color. He often carried a different golden pocket watch every month.
Personality: The Simon most people meet is relatively charming and sweet. Simon likes to makes jokes, usually at the expenses of others. His way of talking is rather erratic. Usually he's always following his own trail of thought, telling round about stories to answer simple questions. He never likes to give a direct answer if he can avoid it. It's so much more fun to watch others figure it out themselves. Simon's driving forces are all self-serving. If it's not worth putting up the act or putting in the work, he won't do it. This often reveals his true character: a cunning and manipulative joker.
What makes him a good captain is his dedication and loyalty to anyone who works with him. If he can trust you, he will protect you. Simon is also ruthless when it comes to those who oppose him. He will cut down anyone who stands in his way or threatens his interests without hesitation.

Appearance: About 5’11” in height with a strong, muscular build. Very disciplined in maintaining peak form for hunting and trapping. On his right wrist he has a cursive black M tattoo. He has a strong square jawline and rather high cheekbones. As for his other facial features he has an average nose and slightly plusher lips than other men with a defined cupid's bow on his upper lip. His eyes are a dark chocolate brown. The tops of his cheeks and bridge of his nose are smattered with light freckles that pop against his pale skin. His appearance makes him seem much younger.
Chance’s hair appears to be silvery blond. It is often pulled back onto a simple, short ponytail with a cord of leather. When untied it messily falls around his face, coming to about chin length. As for general attire Chance finds great importance in appearances and functionality. He often wears breathable but fashionable clothing.
His general outfit consists of a deep green shirt with sleeves rolled up to his elbows. His bottoms are usually dark brown or black and are loose enough to offer full mobility. His boots are military like, going half way up his shin and fully laced. They are also in a dark brown shade.
Personality: Despite what most people may think, Chance is actually a very calm and logical person. What he lacks is patience and trust in others. Chance would rather take on the brunt of the responsibility himself rather than let someone else mess it up. This makes him a rather harsh commander and those working with him are the few people he can trust to do the job right. He bares a strong sense of loyalty towards those he thinks deserve it.
Chance is very sociable and loves to talk and crack jokes with anyone who is willing. He doesn’t discriminate against anyone unless they’ve done something he deems utterly wrong. So really he’s friends with anyone who will spend a couple minutes chatting with him. It is clear by the way he talks that his two loves are the sea and hunting.
History: When Chance was 17 he was already well known for his hunting skills. Mainly because he had been poaching off of wealthy peoples land, as such there was a sizable bounty on his head. Chance had been in the process of fleeing town to head for a new one when he was caught and sentenced to death. The day before his execution a peculiar man came to his cell and made his a proposition. Since that day Chance has been a loyal member to Captain Simon and his crew.

Appearance: Alex stands at a height of 5'6" with long legs and a shorter torso. She has a slight hourglass figure as a result. Her skin is often tanned, usually sun burnt, and naturally pale. Most of her strength lies in her arms from years of steering, but other than that she's pretty average on the fitness scale.
Alex's hair is inky black and falls down her back in waves. Her hair is all one length and is usually tied back into a high pony tail or braid when she's working. The last thing she needs is to get her hair tangled with the ship's wheel. Alex has bright hazel eyes that shift slightly between the brown and green range. Usually they look more brown then green. She has a scar that cuts through the tail of her right eyebrow. Somni has a soft jawline and very feminine features. With large eyes and thin cupid bowed lips.
Alex's general outfit consists of a pair of knee high black leather boots that fold down at the top. Tight cotton pants in a darker shade and a sleeveless blouse tucked into the high waist of her trousers. On days she feels like covering up the bare shoulders she throws on a dark brown leather jacket. She always has a stud in her left ear and an ornate dangly earring in her other.
Personality: Alex had always been more of the shy and quite type growing up. Her family was very eccentric, hence her name. She was always embarrassed as a kid but as she grew older she began to understand how her name fit her. Alex was always day-dreaming, off in her own world.
Alex is an intelligent girl, but tends to keep her knowledge to herself. She is very fascinated by legends and myths, as well as astronomy. She has a hard time trusting others or getting to know them due to her past, but once she breaks down her walls a little bit she's actually more than happy to chat and share a laugh.
History: When Alex would dream about sailing the sea and visiting all kinds of magical places with faeries and dragons. Of course as she grew older she began to grow out of the idea. She assumed she would spend life living in a small village off the coast for the rest of her life. However, after reading many tales and stories about famous pirates she decided to set out and find one that would let her join their crew so she could fulfill her dream of travelling the sea.
At 19 years old Alex was the newest member of Captain Hayes crew. She started as a crew member swabbing the decks but over the years she diligently made an impression on the captain. After a particularly bad exploit where both the previous second mate, Petra, and the pilot, Vincent, did not return Alex was promoted to the position of the new pilot.
