)(OOf Alright! I’m here, and here’s my attempt at a beginning lol!!))
Roxy anxiously ran her hands up and down the straps of her backpack as she waited for her best friend to meet her. School had just gotten out. Roxy rocked back and forth on her heels, looking through the small crowd and trying to pick her out. Olivia and Roxy had been best friends for forever. Roxy had moved into the house next to Olivia’s when she was seven, and their friendship instantly took off. She was currently waiting for her friend to show up so they could walk home together.
((Does that work??))
(Ye, that works)
Olivia quickly pushed past the sea of people around her, the crowd feeling way to big even though it really wasn’t. She was trying to find Roxy, with currently no luck. She found it kind of funny how she was so shy and reserved and her friend was the total opposite. She shook her head with a smile at the thought as she found her friend and quickly made her way over.
“So you finally decided to show up,” she joked as her friend came into view. She flashed a smile at her, before jogging the rest of the way over. “You ready to go,” she asked, tapping her foot while she waited.
Liv nodded and retuned her friends smile with a small one of her own, “Yeah, I’m ready. Let’s get going.” She tugged her bagfurther up onto her back before starting to head home.
Roxy walked alongside her friend. She barely allowed them a minute of silence, before asking, “So, how was your day? Didn’t you say you had a test or something going on?”
Liv sighed and nodded, “Sadly, yeah, I had a language test. I’ve probably failed, I feel like I barely knew anything on the test.”
Noticing how upset her friend sounded, Roxy reached her hand out and squeezed her shoulder. “I really doubt that you failed. You probably did a whole lot better than you think you did! And besides, even if you did fail, grades don’t mean everything. Just relax, don’t worry about it.” She offered her a small smile.
Liv shook her head and cracked a small smile, nudging her friend in the side, "You know I can't not worry. I'm not like you I can't just forget about my grades and not think about them. If I get bad grades then I can't go to college and get a job!"
