Hello :) looking for a long-term, investing rp that won’t die the second I start it. Any ideas for plot are welcome! Just looking for a bud I can start with. :D

Hey! We haven’t done an RP together, I don’t think, but would you be open to doing an OxO?

(I’ve kinda got a couple, lmao- so the first one is essentially just a retelling of Orpheus and Eurydice, and we can kinda work out the time/setting and everything from there. I’m a huge fan of taking myths and retelling them in a bunch of different ways, tbh— but the 2nd one is a little different- in that one, it kinda boils down to a classic supernatural/wannabe gothic, where one of character A’s parent/guardians is killed by vampires/any beast in a strange town full of mysterious occurrences and missing person cases to find the culprit, so they take it upon themself to take revenge (and along the way stumble across character B, cryptid enthusiast and local ghost hunter), hijinks ensue)

(ngl im leaning towards the second one, i feel like it’s got more wiggle room and flavor)

Name: Sire McLinnen
Gender: Male (h/h)
Sexuality: Bi
Age: 22
Appearance: Skin paler and sicker than most, yet still holding slight color. Sunken blue eyes that hold knowledge beyond his years. His hair is a straight dark black that often falls in his face, contrasting with his skin. He seems to always look tired, but he still carries himself high and proud like a leader. His build is quite toned, though, but could still be considered lithe. His body is littered with scars that he refuses to tell the stories of, and he keeps them hidden often. Stands at roughly 6’0”.
Clothing: Is mainly seen wearing a long black trench coat with dark trousers beneath. This would normally be accompanied by a dark vest and stark white shirt equipped with a black tie to match his coat.
Personality: Cold, distant, calculating, and stubborn as all hell. Sire believes the needs of the few are more important than the needs of the many. He’s concerned for his own life as well as those close to him, but could care less about the others. He keeps mainly to himself and rarely talk unless forced to by someone else, or he’s overly emotional (mostly angry or sad, or when he’s hit his breaking point).
Occupation: “Bounty hunter” of sorts. Illegally, of course.
Other: He carries two Webley revolvers tucked into holsters on his belt at all times, along with a knife strapped to his right thigh and brass knuckles within his inner coat pocket.

Gender: Male
Sexuality: Gay, though he keeps it completely under wraps (though the town has their suspicions)
Age: 22
Appearance: His face is fairly sharp, pale, and almost birdlike in its structure, complete with honey-auburn eyes and fair skin. He keeps his nut-brown hair neat and short, taking pride in how well-groomed it is. He’s lean-built, standing at around 5’10”.
Clothing: Clifford’s clothing is fairly average, a little more expensive than the average worker’s, but not incredibly flashy. He sticks to a simple neutral color palette, though he does wear a necklace given to him by his mother tucked beneath his shirt.
Personality: He’s definitely known for being more than a little eccentric. Known for his seeming obsession with all things supernatural and out of the ordinary, Clifford has certainly made quite the name for himself. He’s just shy of introverted, easily flustered, and can be incredibly standoffish at times, but he certainly means well.
Occupation: Clifford works at a successful bookshop with his late father’s friend (who’s well into his 80s), though he lives off of a slowly dwindling inheritance.
Other: In his home, Clifford has a collection of anatomical books that he loves to study, even if he has no interest or intention of practicing medicine himself.
