Millie cuddled up to Celeste, trying to get her attention "Hey um, I love your coat"

Celeste looked down at her coat. "Thanks! My mom bought it for me a couple years back!" She grinned and tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear.

Millie started to play with strand of her hair, grazing Celeste's face with her eyes. Thier eyes locked for a few seconds and Millie nudged Celeste's foot with hers.

Celeste stared at Millie: this was escalating. Did she want it to? She considered.
She blinked slowly and nudged back.

Kenzie watched the two girls awkwardly, not knowing what to do. She cleared her throat, reminding them she was there.

Millie saw the thought and concideration in Celeste's eyes, for a second Millie was glad she could read people well. " I'm gonna go get a cup of coffee, wait for me?" Millie said, slowly gliding off the seat and locking her gaze with Celete one more time before walking to the counter.

Celeste turned to Kenzie, who had awkwardly cleared her throat a few moments ago. "Sorry, Ken. I don't know what's gotten into me. The brreakup with Lucas was painful enough, don't know if I'll survive another one so soon…"

Millie was about to cry. She had done it. She'd fallen in love again. Mille looked at the menu with clouded eyes, remembering what happened to the last man she loved. " I'll have a double shot espresso" She said to the man at the counter.

(Jackson’s still alone over there)

(He could walk over to Kenzie and the girls…)

Celeste turned to Kenzie, who had awkwardly cleared her throat a few moments ago. "Sorry, Ken. I don't know what's gotten into me. The brreakup with Lucas was painful enough, don't know if I'll survive another one so soon…"

Kenzie blinked. "Oh, right. I'm sorry about that," she apologized awkwardly. "Um… Please don't call me Ken; you know I prefer Kenzie or Kenz."

After she finished speaking, she glanced back at Jackson's table and blushed when he looked back at her. She gave him a small smile.

Millie went back over to the table with Victoria and put her coffee on the table " Torrrriiiii " Millie whined as she stuffed her face into Victoria's shoulder

Jackson smiled at Kenzie when she looked back, then chuckled when her face went red. He turned to his book to continue reading. There were way too many people over there for his liking.

Millie looked back over at Celeste and blushed. ( Kay why do i ship<3)

Celeste looked away when Millie looked at her. She couldn't make up her mind just yet, and yet couldn't lead her on. What could she do?
(CUE THE MURDER AGAIN GUYS)

Jackson checked his watch. 2:00pm, he'd have to get back home soon. He closed his book and got ready to leave when he remembered Kenzie. He didn't want to just leave her, so he grabbed a napkin and wrote his number on it. He hoped Kenzie would find it and not some random stranger. He walked out of the cafe, the rain still pouring. When he got out, he immediately stopped. There was a dead body laying on the street. He backed away slowly, getting his phone out of his pocket.

Shey watched as all the drama went on and noted that everyone had almost forgotten about the dead man outside.
