"The cafe." She explained and created a shadow covering over them so they looked like they were part of the shadows now. "Maybe its a trap." She hissed.

Alex looked at a girl who (Walked through the door or wall?) She reached and grabbed her knife and got ready incase they attacked. She knew that they could probably see an outline of them as that was one of the defaults of the shadow cover.

Turning aroun Avery thought that someone was watching her from the shadows. looking closely, couldn't see much. she went and stood near there so that she could observe the girl yelling at the receptionist.
Alex immediately recognized the girl as Avery, the one from the cafe. (Whose avery's alias again?) "Wait here." She instructed to Megan before sneaking under the covering "Quiet." She whispered

"Listen buddy, today hasn't been great for me. So would you please find your friend and ask her to talk to me herself?" Claudia asked.

The man rolled his eyes and he gestured to one of the elevators "Floor 47 down the hall and to the right"
Alex sneaked back over to Megan. "Heres our chance." She whispered.
There are forty seven floors in this place?! Megan thought as she overheard the receptionist.
"C'mon." She hissed and grabbed her arm. "I'm going to teleport us to the elevator." She said softly before melting into the shadows.
Megan nodded, deciding to trust Alex for now. She hoped that teleporting wouldn't cause her to feel sick.
They melted back into reality and were next to the elevator. Alex quickly pressed the up button.
Upon attempting to teleport, instead of appearing in the elevator, you appear in front of the receptionist. "Ah ah ah" He scolded "Don't even try"
Alex sighed. "Fine, can we take the elevator so we can see this Holly person." She asked in her sweetest voice.

"Thanks." Claudia said. She took the elevator and walked into the room she was directed to.
