Putting his hand on his chest over his heart and letting out a sigh of relief as he looked down at the table. His hair falling in his face a little when he quickly looked back up at Amethyst.
"Thank you so much. I knew people said she was weird but…… Nevermind. Thanks"
He says running his fingers through his hair and swiping it out of his face, revealing his overly freckly forehead that he hated oh so much. Taking the computer, his hair falling in front of his forehead again as he looked at it.
"Yeah, she definitely is… But you're welcome!" Amethyst smiled, pushing up her glasses again. "Hey, how "bad" are your eyes without your glasses? I'm basically blind without them, everything just looks like a solid mass of mottled color." She said with a little laugh.
"Not too blind, but it makes my head hurt if I don't have them on. I have contacts that I'm going to start wearing though. I bought them last week so they should be in today."
He says with a small smile putting the glasses back on his face, giving her a rather shy smile.
"Awe, why no glasses? They really fit your image." Amethyst said with a sincere smile. She loved that someone else was wearing glasses. Most of the people at the school did have contacts if they needed them. She would rather wear glasses than contacts.
"Well i feel like i look a lot better with contacts. These glasses are so fragile too. Though these are the only one's i like."
He says pushing the glasses up on his freckly nose.
"Ah, I see." Marigold came back as the teacher called attention to the class to put away the laptops and anything else they got out. Amethyst let Ryuu put the laptop away so he would have to deal with Marigold alone.
He got up as Marigold sat down, shutting down the laptop and putting it away.
Walking back to the desk, he gave Amethyst a slight smile as he sat down next to her, then veered his attention to the teacher.

The bell finally rung after a super long day. "See you tomorrow, Ryuu!" Amethyst said with a smile and a wave. After thinking about it a lot Amethyst decided to talk to Levi about the fair since he was obviously very experienced with it. Searching the halls for him, she eventually found him. "Hey! Levi! Can I ask you something?"
Turning around with his cold, usual expression on his face, towering over her, his piercing eyes looking down at her as if they themselves were saying she was pathetic, he took a deep breath in and sighed.
"Wait….follow me."
He says turning and walking down the halls. He wasn't about to stop and talk to someone in the halls. Especially his rival. His enemy!
No, not here.
"The library…..surely you've been there."
He says stopping in front of big oak double doors, taking out his cloth and pulling them open by the golden handles, they flung open making his a tad overwhelming fresh mint smell wash over him and blowing in her face as he walked in.
"Sit."
Amethyst put on a fake smile as she sat down. "So, Levi, I was thinking, you have an unfair advantage to the fair. You have the experience of 3 years and I have literally never been the president. I was wondering if you could give me any pointers or advice?"
"Hmm….."
He sighed and got out a small notebook and a fancy golden pen from his shirt pocket and started writing. Then flipping the page, he wrote down his phone number, though not showing her.
"Why not. I never like unfair battles. Anyway, number one, you're very unprofessional. Good postures always a good key. Confidence, a ton of that would help you. And stop smiling so much. It's annoying. Even if it may be pretty, its one; fake. At least towards me. Never fake smile at people unless they're old people. Take notes if you don't already."
He says as he continues writing in the notebook, then suddenly his piercing eyes shooting up at her.
"Eye contact"
He says making direct eye contact. It was almost scary.
Amethyst shivered slightly but held Levi's eye contact. Her contact may not be piercing or anything special, but at least she held it. She was already a bit overwhelmed in all that he had said and it hadn't even been five minutes. This proved her point even more of loosing, Levi was a natural and Amethyst was a little lost dog in a large crowd.
"Any questions? Feel free to ask anytime. It's highly recommended. I can't read your mind."
He says keeping the eye contact as he neatly rips out a piece of paper, then looking down and he started to fold it.
"oh shut up, you don't know anything…."
He mumbles seemingly to himself. It was obvious he wasn't talking to her.
"Uh– no, not right now. Thank you, Levi!" Amethyst thanked him, this time with a real smile accompanying it. She stood up, picking up her backpack as well. "I'll see you later."
Finishing the folding, it was an origami folded swan. He stood as well, closing his notebook and putting it in his pocket along with his pen, he sets the origami swan on top of her head, balancing it perfectly, though swiftly. Inside, it had his number in case she had any more questions. And with that, he walked away, forgetting why he wanted to go to the library in the first place before she came up and talked to him. But simply shrugging it off.
Amethyst had a little smile, taking the origami swan off of her head. Hesitantly, she unfolded it, seeing his number inside. The smile still on her face, she left the library to start walking home. On her way, she entered Levi's number as a contact.
Ryuu gathered up his things and swiftly left, walking home with his bag slung over his shoulder. Stopping in front of his house as he looked up to his window on the right side of the house. The huge White House with more than enough windows, he walked inside. There was no one home….as usual. Walking up the white clean stairs, he opened his door and fell down on his bed with a sigh.
"Today went better than usual….."
He says to himself with a little smile.
Amethyst put in her earbuds and continued home. I was quite the walk, but she enjoyed it so she never minded. She had been surprised when Levi actually agreed to help her, she would have never expected it.
Levi drove home, the tires running smoothly along the pavement as it went. His black and white car passing all of the others as he quickly drove off.
Arriving, he steps out of his car which he parked in the garage. Then walking up the pebbled pathway up to his wooden white porch and inside, humming a tune that he just couldn't seem to get out of his head.
Finally getting home, Amethyst walked down the small sidewalk leading to the door to her smallish wooden house. She took off her backpack and searched for her house key. Unable to find it, she hopped her fence and took the back door key from it's hiding spot and went inside. Upon arrival, she flopped onto her bed, reflecting on everything that happened that day.
