"The princess was best friends with the gardener boy and you fell in love?" Cade guessed, assuming it was the same as the plot line of the books he read to his sisters.

@Lenered

(he could already see the pendant, she was just holding it a little south…..this is kind of awkward to explain)

This is a PG rp, Cade. Or should I say, Cade da Barrel.

@Lenered

Willow held her head up high and walked downstairs, towards her garden, but then decided to change again. She came out wearing cargo pants and a white crop top, a much more acceptable outfit for gardening.

“I’m not that cliche!” She tried for a smile. “He was a refugee from the North, with a false identity as an aristocrat. My mother thought he would be a suitable husband, so she tried to get me to court him. Of course, that would’ve exposed his identity, so he ran, but then snuck back in as a gardener. There were about a hundred of them, so he figured he wouldn’t get caught. And for a while, it worked.”

@Lenered

The air was inviting and fresh on Willow's tear-stricken face as she stepped out of her cottage with her watering can. Biting back another barrage of tears because Nutmeg, her gardening partner was gone, Willow grabbed another seed packet, Nutmeg's favorite flower and again, avoided the urge to cry.

@blue_topaz

“He was….” She smiled sadly, his dark eyes haunting her every thought. “I have all the flowers pressed in a book.”, she whispered, more to herself than to Cade.

@PuffPoff

God, my life is so boring. He would never admit it, but he'd never been in a relationship, much less fall in love. Cade nodded once more. "All of them?"

@Lenered

There were people in her garden. Willow tried not to scream at them. She sat down on the other side of her garden quietly and started turning over the soil in preparation for Nutmeg's favorite flower.

@Lenered

They were still talking and disrupting her peace of mind. Willow wanted to scream and yell and shake her fist, but things were different now. And her garden was a safe place for all of them. No one was allowed to yell or be mean here. It was a place for happiness. And solitude, but that's not happening. Willow snorted and tied a bandanna around her hair, keeping it from going into her face.

@PuffPoff

"Maybe I should go back inside." He didn't wait for her response, already heading for the door.

@Lenered

Willow jumped, "Nope! I love hearing about ninny problems! Please, I'm fascinated." she attempted a smile.
