Quinn motioned to the large tea table. "Here, sit down."
She walked over to Matt and leaned on the edge of the table. As he took a sip, Quinn took the flask from his hand. "I'm gonna need this for a little bit, sweetheart." She said sarcastically. Matt yelled a few curse words at her as she walked back towards Harper.
Harper sat down, obeying Quinn.
"This is going to hurt a bit. . . okay?" Quinn said, looking up at Harper. She tucked her hair back into a tail and focused on the wound. She reached into her bag and took out a pair of tweezers. "Might want to get something to bite down on, so you don't, you know. . . scream."
Harper shook her head. "This has happened before. Go ahead."
Quinn carefully put the tweezer in and after a few tries, she got the bullet out. "That wasn't so hard. . ." She sighed, grabbing the flask and a couple rolls of bandaids. Matt yelled something unintelligible about needing at least half of the alcohol back. Quinn put some of it on the wound and cleaned it. After that, she wrapped Harper's arm in bandaids.
Harper took a sharp breath in, then relaxed.
Quinn stood up and checked her watch, slipping it back into her vest's pocket. She sat down in her usual spot in front of Matt, handing him his flask back. He muttered a word of thanks and took a sip.
"Want some tea?" She motioned towards the mismatched teacups, platters and cookies around the table.
"Sure, why not." Harper answered.
(I have to go and tomorrow will be at a friend's house w/ my family, so I might not be on that much)
(Good morning! And happy Easter!!)
Scarlet covered her mouth with her hand. “That May have been my fault, the guards. They were probably coming after me, I can’t lead them here to you guys, I have to go.” She got up hurriedly, stepping away from the table.
Guards? Is the princess on the run? He had to find out. Cade carefully watched Scarlet, planning on following her wherever she went next.
"Always." Willow leaned across the counter, flowers spilling out of her hair.
(throughout most of this I might make Cade only call Scarlet princess)
(That’d spice things up a bit, it’s always good to add little quirks)
(Willow's hair is full of flowers)
(Fan girls intensely over this OMG WHY DO I LOVE THAT SO MUCH)
(Also Scarket would hate being called princess at first, but would gradually grow to love it)
(yeah I feel like he would start out saying The Princess but it would gradually turn into a nickname: Princess)
(And at first it would annoy the heck out of Scarlet, but then maybe he could actually call her by her name because he was mad or something and it would make her really sad)
(Have to go to Disney Animal Kingdom, be back in a considerable amount of hours)
Harper shook her head. "No, it was my fault. I uhh……..might have angered them. Accidentally. On purpose."
“What did you do?”, Scarlet sighed, rummaging around in her bag for something.
Cade watched patiently, his legs starting to ache. They better finish this conversation soon…
"Always." Willow leaned across the counter, flowers spilling out of her hair.
Chelsea looked away, she never told the story to anyone before.
“When I was 10, my mom died, that you knew right? I was in the castle, since my mom is… friends with the queen. But one particular day, I couldn’t find her…” Chelsea’s voice began to crack. “I saw the queen…
“And I asked her where my mom was. She then put on the most, proudest and sickest grin. She said, ’You know, my daughter finally killed someone. Your mom, she had the honor to be Scarlet’s first kill.’ Then she left, I left. I ran. The thing is. The queen has always tried to kill my mom, but my mom could just disappear and leave. So…” Chelsea sobbed, remembering the pain.
