500 years from the present day humanity has perfected the modification of their own DNA. Slowly the number of children born from the womb decreased until almost every female was incapable of having children. The natural world is considered dangerous and death rates are high once you leave the city walls. In better news you can design your own child (If you can afford having children at all)! And with the amount of scientific research done, you can now splice your designer baby with a plant, animal, or a custom made mythical! Better yet, your child will unlock abilities with the governments INK. See your local official once your child turns 5 to get it applied. If your a male life is amazing! Your the upper class, untouchable, you can marry and sleep with however many women you want! If you a girl, well I wish thee luck. Your life is nothing more than a physical object. But things are changing, and most don't see it, until you look to the rooftops.
~RULES~
-Swearing is okay.
-LGBTQ+ characters are welcome, and I would prefer for the sake of the amount of girls we'll have that everyone be at least slightly attracted to girls. Or just not attracted to anyone at all.
-No Mary Sues or Gary Stues.
-Try to be nice to everyone outside of the rp.
-You can have 1 character.
-For the sake of having it easier for everyone to be apart of the rp, y'all should be girls.
-Try to make diverse characters in personality and appearance.
-Ships are okay, make sure both characters are okay with it first.
-Take any smut to the PM.
-Gore is perfectly fine.
-If people are being a douche or trying to take control of the rp point them out.

-Don’t ‘quote’ a reply that was directly above you. Just respond.
-Not everyone can start off as a rebel, but yes you can join later on. And by later on I probably mean as soon as possible.
-No one liners, and by one liners I mean writing something down that others can't respond to. If another person can respond then it's okay.
-I. Do. Not. Care. How. You. Keep. Your. Characters. In. The. Story. That is up to you, but if you have an ongoing conversation with another character and it doesn't end when you leave and/or return please do not move your character.
~SPLICE RULES~
-INK- There are three different stages of INK. NonINKed, Forced INK, and Natural INK. INK is also dark black naturally. INK gives a person special abilities related to their splice if they have one. Forced INK is given by tattoo parlors set up by the government that limits your abilities. Natural INK is only known by the rebels and is a result from getting 'shoved' in their pool of the stuff in the initiation ceremony. All abilities are gifted.
-COMMON-PLANTS- Often carry the scent, feel, or even buds themselves. Normally types of flowers, and other non edible species. Forced INK patterns normally consist of a the most notable attribute of the flower, gain the ability to slightly control their species. Natural INK patterns consist of multiple flowers and vine like patterns swirling around the body, also gain the ability to control their species.
-SLIGHTLY LESS COMMON-ANIMALS- Physical attributes are always noticed. Any animal is game. Forced INK patterns normally are a silhouette of the spliced animal, gives them minor sensory boost and if the have wings flight. Natural INK are swirling patterns that replicate fur, feathers, whiskers, scales, you name it; gives them same attributes as the animals.
-RARE-MYTHICAL- A mythical is something that has more then one splice within them. They are very rare and reserved only for the elite. I'll list out the types and if you want one I'll tell you more about each type. Their are Unicorns, Pixies, Elves, Mermaids, and Dragons. Currently there are two dragons, and that's it. Both are taken. Forced INK pattern consists of a silhouette of the replicated myth, gives them one attribute of the mythical creature. Natural INK consists of pattern consisting of patterns that is associated with the myth, gives them a full range of abilities.
-EXTREMELY RARE-NATURAL BORN- You're human. No special abilities, no enhancements. Just a good old human. In the current world, they make up around .9% of the population.
~THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE REBELS~
-Most if not all hate males. Most of the rebels have either been sexually abused, or forced to do other unsavory things by the opposite gender.
-Due to that rebels often times make sure everything is consented.
-ALL CITY REBELS ARE FEMALE
-There is an outpost outside the walls that have a few males within it. But our characters won't be going there.
-The rebels are led by three leaders; Hailey a cheetah splice in charge of coordinating protests and other more militant coup like ideas; Aliana a natural born in charge of the more domestic area for people who don't want to be involved in the rebellion and are just seeking shelter; Chrysanthemum a dragon splice in charge of undercover operations, she has a separate base away from the others incase something goes wrong
-Their clothing options are the same as a poor person, just slightly more personalized with a jacket or unique colored top.
-The rebel base is a series of sheet metal huts in an abandoned sector of the town.
