Bastian tilted his head in a confused manner before his eyes widened in realization. “Oh, angel, you don’t have to worry about that,” he said, holding Halo close to him

Halo curls up next to hims and sighs softly, resting his head on Bastians shoulder.

“Maybe one day we can figure something out. That way you don’t have to worry,” Bastian said softly

He nods and sighs softly, kissing his cheek.

Bastian chuckled softly at the kiss. He gave Halo’s body an affectionate squeeze before yawning. “You know, I don’t think we’ve had breakfast yet.”

Halo shakes his head, "Nope. Only a cup of coffee."

“Well, what do you like for breakfast?” Bastian asked, remembering what Argo had told him on the phone before

"Mmm. Eggs and bacon?" he asks softly.

“I can work with that,” Bastian said with a smile. Gently he moved away, moving to stand as he yawned

He smiles lightly, "Thank you, love."

“Alright, come on. Let’s go get some breakfast,” Bastian said, smiling as he tugged Halo up as well

Halo hums, smiling and kisses Bastians cheek. "Sounds good."

Bastian took his hand before walking through the living room and into the kitchen. “How do you like your eggs?” he asked as he began to go through the fridge

"Sunny side up." he says, humming as he looks at the counter. He's mortal, and Bastian… Bastian is immortal.

“Got it,” Bastian said. He pulled out the eggs and bacon before grabbing a skillet. He reached over to the vintage-looking radio in the corner, turning it on to some quieter rock station

Halo rests his head on his hand softly, shaking his head. "Thanks love." he says happily.

"You're welcome," Bastian replied with a smile. He started the bacon first, humming softly along with the song playing on the radio

Halo smiles softly, watching the other with loving eyes.

Still humming softly, Bastian danced in place a bit as he cooked. Eventually he wandered over to the coffee maker, beginning to make more coffee. "You want some?" he asked as he gestured with the pot

Halo starts out of his thoughts, then nods and smiles, "Yes please!" He says happily.

Bastian smiled warmly at Halo's expression. "One cup of coffee, coming right up," he said as he pulled two mugs down from the cupboard. He smiled a bit to himself, feeling sort of proud. He was doing pretty good so far with this whole dating thing. Maybe he had been worrying for no reason

Halo smiles as he watches Bastian make breakfast. he grunts, his hips hurting a little bit.

Bastian glanced over at Halo when he heard the small noise, though he told himself Halo was probably okay. He went back to making the food, humming softly as he did so

Halo walks towards the other and wraps his arms around his waist. "I love you." He says quietly.

Halo looked down at him, surprised at first when Halo wrapped his arms around him. Though he was quickly smiling down at him. "Love you too," he said before pecking Halo on the forehead
