The city of Fennek used to be a cursed place, ridden with street crime, organized crime, natural disasters, and genuine misfortune. That is, until superheroes and superheroines moved over there, seeing opportunities. After a while some heroes were corrupted by greed and glory, a few keeping their hero facades, but some outright became villains. And more villains moved to support those. Now the city is cursed with misfortune once more.

-Be cool, no IRL hate, no controlling others' characters without permission.
-No Mary Sues, Gary Sues, or "Sasuke Syndrome", powerful characters are recommended, but make them reasonable.
