Hello! I am a huge fan of both Harry Potter and BBC Sherlock, and I was hoping to find some people to write a fanfic with me…
Let's keep this PG-13, gore is fine, but please - no swear words or any relationship stuff you would be uncomfortable with your mom reading.
Instead of having Harry, Hermione, Ron, Draco, Neville, etc. I would prefer to just place Sherlock, John, & friends in Hogwarts, and write about some kind of magical adventure.

Sounds good! We'll start once we've got at least Jim, Mycroft, Greg, and maybe Mrs. Hudson and Molly. As soon as I can I'll post a list of the houses they're sorted into.
Sherlock - Ravenclaw
John - Gryffindor
Greg - Hufflepuff
Jim - Slytherin
Molly - Hufflepuff
Mycroft - Graduated Ravenclaw (He now works/controls the Ministry of Magic)
Mrs. Hudson - Professor (Perhaps Potions? Charms?)
I do like the Sherlock/Slytherin and John/Hufflepuff idea, but I think the way I've sorted them suits them better. Feel free to let me know if you feel otherwise!

Irene was a total creep. "Oh yes, let me shove my boobs in all yall faces!" was literally her attitude the whole episode.
Yeah I actually hate her quite a bit haha most of the fandom loves her though so I wasn't sure
ANYWAY enough about relationships let's just see how it goes. I'm ready to start whenever you guys are. Perhaps we could begin with John and Sherlock meeting on the train on the way to Hogwarts?
Also, I have a few ideas…
John could be on the Gryffindor Quidditch team.
Sherlock could be somehow related to Snape, considering Benedict Cumberbatch's brilliant Alan Rickman impression.
Sherl & John could set up shop in some abandoned classroom that doubles as Sherlock's lab.
Sherlock's animagus is an otter, and John's is a hedgehog.
Perhaps during one of their adventures John gets hit in the shoulder and develops a limp that goes away when he's helping with a case.
Jim experiments on animals with potions - even Snape is afraid of him.
Ooh and maybe John is related to Newt Scamander?
These are all just ideas though - tell me what you think and which ones we should use. :)
But I think Sherlock should be in Quidditch too?

WAIT what if Sherlock and Jim end up going up against each other in a very dramatic Quidditch match in the rain? I think that could be neat.

Maybe Jim as a beater? Because that position is kinda violent and can cause injury to people, and that seems to be his 'thing' y'know…
Sherlock as a seeker is good. (Cuz he 'seeks truth' hahahahahahahaha cringe)
