Grey took a deep breath before opening the door to the Host Club, quietly shutting the door behind her. She nodded to Adrik in acknowledgment. "So what's the plan for today, Adrik? We do have enough funds to pay for another theme day, but going all out might get us a bit close to our budget."
Felix walks down the halls, he face relaxed as he enters the Music room to the Host Club. He nods to the others.
Adrik waved to Felix, nodding his head enthusiastically as he smiled at Grey.
"Animated characters! Think about it! Disney Characters, Pixar! What is the host club filled with? Princes and princesses, so…GENDERBENT ANIMATED CHARACTERS!" He yelled, pulling out his phone, and shoving the picture of a male Mavis in Grey's face.
"Of course I'd be Mavis, she has the best outfit out of all the gender bent characters!"
"Hmm… Mavis does seem to fit you, huh?" She leaned back slightly so she could focus on the picture. "Whatever you want to do, boss. It's your club."
Felix leans back, relaxed as he watches the host club.
Adrik smiled, pressing 'add to cart' and immediately looking for costumes for the others.
"Grey, what do you think of Elsa?"
"For me or for someone else?" Grey asked, slightly dreading the eventual let-down she'd have to tell Adrik if it was her.
"I was thinking Felix, for you..ooh, what about..what about Hiccup? From that dragon movie? Or Flynn Ryder!" He squealed, jumping up and down excitedly as he threw his arms around Grey.
"Elsa would definitely work for Felix, even though he doesn't talk much." Grey was surprised at Adrik's sudden movements but went along with it. "I'm rather partial to Hiccup." She soon became more open to the idea of her. I mean, He gets a freaking dragon.
Felix blinks, "Whatever you think is best, boss." He says. That was him. Short answers. Quick and polite.
Alex continued to wander around the hallways. He eventually came across a seemingly quiet room. He took a deep breath before opening the door to investigate.
Felix perks, hearing the door open. "Ahem. Boss."
"Oh? A visitor? Welcome to the Host Club!" Grey said, mustering as much 'cheeriness' as she could.
"Uh hi," Alex slowly attempted to leave the way he entered. This is not what he thought it was. Nope. Nope. Nope.
Felix eyes the visitor, his gaze unwavering. He kept quiet, watching the guest. How curious. Wasn't it the new student that was starting today.
"You're new here yes? There's nothing to be worried about here, we're just the academy's Host Club, a club dedicated to entertaining its guests." A lightbulb seemed to click in Grey's head, finally recognizing the student. Alex was his name, yes. An honors student, a rarity here at Oran High.
"Um yeah," Alex wondered how they knew he was new. No time for that, "I was, uh, just looking for somewhere, to uh, read."
Felix watches every move the male name, scanning him, watching him. Fidgety. Nervous. Uncomfortable. Hm… he lets his mind wander a bit and he wonders a small bit about the smallest of the group, Aito.
"The Host Club offers a selection of things to do here. If reading and silence is your thing then I suggest you go with Felix." Grey pointed at Felix to make it clear who she was referring to. "If you'd prefer a… 'deeper' discussion on the topic, you may come talk with me. I've already read most books here in the Oran Library. And if you wish to uh… freak out over fictional characters, go talk with Adrik." Grey motioned to the guy still hanging on her.
Felix nods his head in acknowledgement to the other male. His aura was intimidating at first, but once you got to know the guy he was really just a big, silent, sweetheart.
"I- uh," Alex gulped, "Didn't know the school had a host club until now?"
"Well you're new here, so I wouldn't expect you to know much of anything at Oran. However…" Grey tried not to seem too cold or condescending. "How come you didn't research this before you came here?"
"This was a quiet room," Alex responded his words getting faster, "And I didn't realize anyone was going to be here. So I thought I might finally be able to read in peace without people staring at me. Do you know a lot of people stare at me? Why do they stare at me? I'm just an average person. Wait maybe that's why. I'm too average for everyone and they want me gone. Or maybe they just have never seen a normal person before ? I don't know."
"Oh dear…" Grey muttered and exchanged glances with Felix and Adrik. "Well, our lovely guest, we don't usually get any honors students here. You're a sort of rare breed, although… Where's your uniform?"
