John shivers slightly as he kissed nym back, he slipped one hand around her waist liking the feel of the dress “Now you make it tempting to just stay home…And now that you are done with makeup I can proudly say that you look gorgeous”
Nym laughs as she feel him shiver and in response to his comment "I'm not completely done. I still need shoes, preferably heels. Come this way." Nym gently pulls him toward a large closet full of shoes

John grumbles softly then he follows her as she pulled him. He then whistles softly at the sheer amount of shoes that she seemed to have "Wow…I cannot fathom even having more then three pairs of shoes let alone this many!"

"I actually hate it, but it comes in handy when I'm here on the island." Nym pulls him to a small section dedicated to heels, she picks up three pairs "Black and strapy, Sliver and strapy, or my dark blue pumps?"

John laughs knowing how she felt then he ponders for a quick second and he picks one of the heels she presented him "How about the black and strappy ones, and how in the world do half of these shoes even come in handy? So being your arm candy tonight do you want me to put on my cordial prince act?" John smiles and places a hand on nyms back
Nym puts the other shoes back and hands John the black heels, then sits "Could you please? If I bend over the wrong way I'll bust out." Nym laughs as she pulls up the dress slightly revealing her long, slender legs "Because there are so many events that happen all in the same time frame it helps to have a variety. And about the arm candy, Hun be yourself. If you want to act princely by all means go ahead, but if not that's okay too. Be you, that's all I want."

John laughs as he got down on one knee and helped Nym by putting on her heels for her while try to resist the temptation to stare at slender legs "I was kidding, and I suppose the variety of shoes is to be needed" John finishes putting her heels on and stands up taking a small kiss from Nyms lips then he pulls back and smiles "I can suffice to say that my bride to be is beautiful and always keeps me on my toes"
Nym laughs "Mmmm, you must be a lucky guy." She stands and hugs John, throwing her arms around his neck "Please tell me you know how to dance."
John chuckles as he wrapped his arms around Nym and he nods "Of course I know how to dance! I am a prince after all….you can't imagine how many insufferable balls I have been to and had to dance" John smiles then he leans in and rests his forehead against hers "You ready to go now?"
"Insufferable? Oh my." She kisses his nose "Yes we can go now, the car is out front."
John chuckles again then pulls back from Nyms hug opting to hold her hand as they walked out of the house to the car out front "But the question is….can you dance as well nym?"
Nym took his hand with a tight squeeze, chuckling nervously "Not well, I have rhythm from playing guitar though." She lead him down the staris and though the front door "Oh, Babe. Carl is our driver for the events."
John grumbles softly at Nym telling him that Carl will be their driver "Carl?…" John makes a face then he lifts nyms hand up and places a kiss on it "Don't worry about not dancing well, I will lead you love"
"Yes I know, Carl might say something that will set you off. Please don't give in, just focus on me." Nym walks out the door John and clings to his arm "I'm glad you can dance." She then calls out to Carl "Hello Carl, how are you? Well I hope."
Carl: "Very well, and you Miss Tuir?" Carl opens the back door for them with an obvious look of amazement at Nym in the dress
"I'm doing wonderfully." Nym made a subtly show of the ring John had given her last night upon saying yes to marriage
Carl: Sees the ring and holds back a frown. Reluctantly he looks up at John "And you sir, how are you?"
John smiles at Nyms plea to be nice to carl then he nods slightly "I will try and be as nice as needed love. I'm not going to purposely ruin our date now" John smiles grimly then he tries to smile politely at carl as he answered his question "I am doing quite well Carl" John grits his teeth slightly not sure why in the world John did not like carl. Even despite what Nym had told him about carl and what happened in the past. John then gestures to Nym and smiles, this time it was a genuine smile as he spoke again "I got to propose to the most beautiful woman I have laid eyes on. And she had said yes…I suppose I can say that I am doing more then quite well Carl"
Nym climbs into the backseat of the car and waits for John
Carl: His eyes widened with shock he couldn't contain "Well, I'm… Happy for you." he seemed to have to choke out the words as Nym amd John got in the car he closed the door and whispers to himself as he walks around to the drivers side "Indeed she is beautiful."
Nym leans into John's side with her head on his chest
John squints at carls back when he walked around the car to the drivers side. John then wraps an arm around Nyms waist leaning his head to the side to rest it on her head once he got in the car and carl shut the door "Excited to be dancing soon Nym?"
"Mmhmm, mostly cause it's with you." Nym snuggles into John more, then she starts to look at the ring he gave her "This is really pretty John, I don't think I've said that."
Carl: gets in the car and glares at John throught the rearview mirror while Nym was focused on the ring. He then began to drive to the venue
Nym moves slowly, as to not bump heads with John, then kisses his neck gently "I love you John, I don't think I can say it enough."
Carl made a low noise that Nym didn't catch as she kissed John's neck
John smiles as he looked at nyms ring when she brought her hand up to look at it "I am glad you like it…it changes colors like the way your eyes do. I thought it would be the perfect ring for you" John laughs softly when nym kissed his neck gently not seeing the glare carl gave them or hearing the low noise he made "I love you too…I love you bunches" John closes his eyes enjoying his closeness to nym and her small kisses
Carl: shuffles angrily as he drives
Nym giggles as she brushes his cheek "Mr. Scruffy I think you should get a trim." Nym's vines begin to glow and Carl's eyes snapped to the mirror as he marveled.
John laughs softly and reaches one of his hands up to touch his cheek "You think so? I thought you liked it that way" Johns jaw twitched slightly as he noticed carls look in the rear view mirror when nyms vines glowed
"Well I do, but you should get a trim. I don't want it all gone." Nym completely ignores Carl
Carl: "We're uh, we're here Miss Tuir. Enjoy your evening." Carl pulled into a large circle drive in front of a large building, then gets out and opens the door for Nym and Johm
Nym beams "Come on, let's go."
John gets out holding his arm for nym once he got out of the car. John refrained from making a snappy retort to carl and instead ignores him completely "I'll look into trimming it later on love. Along with my hair too since it is starting to feel like it is getting to be too long"
Nym takes John's arm with a playful frown "I like it." She leans into him and runs her fingers though his hair "But do as you please, I'm okay with whatever you choose." Nym drops her hands and grabs his arm "Shall we?"
Carl: Notices John fighting back a retort and scoffs quietly
