Eden sighed, practically melting into Luke's arms. "Don't lie, I have come to your house in the middle of the night at least three times this month!" His tone was teasing, but Luke's unhappiness made Eden sad too. Luke deserved to be happy. "Besides, I'm not letting you go either."
Lukefrowmed eyes teared up. " Yeah well!" He pulled his shirt off as he walked in the kitchen getting his phone. " when you did i ignored you i was busy either kissing Nate or falling asleep on him. And now im doing that on you."
Eden muttered curses to himself, hopping off the couch and following Luke into the kitchen. Of course, he screwed everything up. When had he not been a walking disaster? "Yeah, well Nate's an asshole. And… and he's not here now, and we're talking." He put a hand on Luke's wrist as gently as he could, trying to steer him back to the living room. "So let's talk. Tell me about yourself."
Luke jerked away. " No." Luke got evil in his eyes like somepossesion came over him." I don't want to and im not going to. Me and my sister are gonna go out for lunch and well your gonna finish what you came here for. To fix my shingles ans shutters." Luke got snappy. "I will give you the money when your done." He said walking to the door with his sister.
Eden sighed. At least he'd gotten some good bandages out of this whole mess, he thought, rolling his shoulder and grabbing a hammer and some nails. Not like a nice kid like Luke would ever want someone like him anyways. He got to work on the shutters, tearing them down with just a bit more force than was necessary.
Luke watched him through the car windows as him and his sister talked. " Well Luke do you like Him?"
" I mean iguess hes cute hes nice but he likes to start drama and fight. Like that in there he likes to act like Nothing ever happened and i just want a normal relationship with someone normal!" Luke snapped
" Well not everyones gonna be the same and be like that Luke and you gotta understand that. Hes a nice guy and every relationship has a lot of fights. You really think me and Kyle didn'tfight alot?!" Amelia said.
"Well i guess i can give him a shot. wanna double date sunday i have a conversation to get to." Luke walked to Eden and looked at his shirt. " Well im gonna have to give ou clean cloths aren't I? And your going to take a shower." Luke said this time calm and waiting for an answer.
Eden didn't mean to squeak in surprise, but he did. And he dropped his hammer on his foot. And may have cussed a bit more liberally than he had in- well in less time than he was proud of. But that was all okay because Luke was back. And he was talking about getting Eden cleaned up which was a nice sentiment that required a bit more nakedness than Eden was comfortable with. "Uh, can I ask why?"
Because your dirty. And your giving yourself a shower. Towels are in the second cabinet on the right in the bathroom. and i will turn the movie back on and make dinner and get some frinks and snacks ok?
( Wow you really thought i was gonna make my charecter take a shower with yous?!)
(No, Eden's pretty insecure though. He doesn't know the house and he doesn't want to be clothes-less here.)
Eden bit his lip, walking cautiously back inside. "Do I have to? I mean I know I'm sweaty but I'm not that sweaty. Besides, I don't have any clothes here." He pulled on his admittedly pretty gross shirt with some insecurity. He liked this shirt. Rather, he liked the idea of staying in his clothes and not changing.
" Yes you do. I will get some clothes hold on." Luke walked to his room and pulled out a bigger pair of sweats and a bigger tanktop. " Well if you want you can where the same underwear because i don't know if you'll feel comfortable with mine. so heres the clothes." He handed him the clothes.

Eden shifted uncomfortably on the couch. The pants fit, and that was great. They were shockingly comfy pants. The shirt was fine too. All his clothes were fine. They just felt weird on him. Weird and ill-fitting. He pulled at the shirt, trying to make it fit better, but something still felt off. He leaned into Luke and tried to ignore how uncomfortable he was.
Luke frowned " You want to go home??? Because i want you comfortableand by the looks of you pulling at our clothes you don't look comfortable."
Eden thought about that for a little while. His clothes weren't comfortable, but Luke was. He didn't want to leave Luke behind just for a slightly nicer shirt. But he would feel a lot better at home. Hmmm. "Only if you come with me," He eventually said, flipping over so he could hug Luke around the waist.
Luke smiled. " Well I Don't know i have class tommorow i have to drive to terra houte to purdueto take my classes. and thats already 45 minutes away from here." Luke frowned as he saw Eden shifting around in the uncomfortable shirt. " But why not."
"Yay!" Eden cheered, squeezing Luke around the middle before jogging into the kitchen to grab his car keys and then jogging back into the living room to grab Luke. "Let's go! My car's in the driveway."
Luke frowned " I have to drive my own car I have class tommorow and i have to go grab my stuff hold on." Luke walks in his room grabbing Black Skinny jeans and a black T-shirt with his converse and backpack for class.
Eden frowned slightly but didn't complain. That would be so rude, especially when Luke was doing him a favor. He pushed a smile back onto his face and pulled at the uncomfortable shirt again. "Should I text you my address or do you just want to follow my car?"
Luke smiled and pulled down a piece of paper from his counter that had his address and number on it. " I already know it." Luke kissed his cheek and dragged himself to his car putting the car in reverse and starting to back up.
Eden smiled sheepishly, rubbing his cheek with an absent smile on his face. There went that bad mood. "Okay, guess I'll see you at my apartment then. It's floor three, room 326," He said, ducking into his car and driving over to his apartment. It wasn't a very big place, but it was nice and homey. And also kind of dirty. Eden was really regretting being too lazy to clean up that morning.
Luke got there and waited by the door expecting a nice clean apartment. And he texted Eden " Hey im here."
Eden tossed all the worst stuff into a pile in a corner and covered it with a sheet. It didn't look too suspicious, so he didn't worry much more about it, preoccupying himself with throwing all the gross empty beer bottles and chip bags in the trash. He almost cried when he got Luke's text, but he didn't stall. The apartment was less of a mess now. More like normal messy than 'I am a complete slob messy'. He threw the door open with a resigned sigh. "Hi, Luke!"
Luke looked around and smiled. " Not bieng rude but remind me to hire you a maid you are always to busy to clean." Luke looked at the floor as he walked in and every second Eden looked away he started cleaning hoping Eden wouldn'tnotice
Enden noticed Luke starting to clean up and he kind of winced internally because they were here to cuddle, damnit. "Luke, you really don't need to do that," he mumbled, grabbing one of Luke's hands. "We can clean up later, come watch some TV with me."
Luke walked to hisfridge knowing he was only 19 and grabbed a beer. " Well looks like im not the only one underage drinking." Luke laughed.
Eden shrugged playfully. "Who isn't underage drinking these days?" He teased, plopping down on his couch and turning on Netflix. "Can you grab me a can? And what do you wanna watch?"
