“Tomorrow, after…after you’ve slept…” He sighed and ran a hand over his face, “I-I know it’s a stupid request, to teach me how to read and write.”

@StarkSpangledMayflower_Mad_Elder

“ o no! It is just surprising that you don’t know how to read or wrote.” She said softly then yawned “I’ll be going to bed now,” she said and got up “good night!” And walked to her room, shutting the door.

Aeron sighed and sat down, watching the fire for a while before deciding to put it out, the flame reminding him of Bowen. He turned off all the other lights and heded to bed himself.

Olivia was up and went into the forest to look for any berries and rabbits. She came home to see Arron awake “your up earlier than I thought, I haven’t started breakfast!” She said and moved towards the kitchen.

He took a few and nodded in thanks. He watched her while she was made the tea for a little while then stared at the bookcase. Over half were books he hadn’t read as he didn’t know how to read or write in the common tongue. The others were written in his native language, those he could read.

Aeron thought for a moment, thinking about whether or not to accept. But…. she’d helped him already, “I accept. It might take a while though.”

"Sure! I can teach you first, speaking of which I am going to organize your house a little so that I know where everything is." She said. She got up and put the dishes in the sink. "I also want to go hunting later, do you mind if I go?" she asked him

Aeron stood and removed his shirt, feeling very warm all of a sudden. He walked over to the bookcase, “What me to put the books in my language in one pile and the common tongue in another?” He asked.

@ElderGod-Carrots

“Okay.” He set to work. He placed all the books in his language in one pile, and the books he couldn’t understand on the other. There was a fairly even amount of books in each. Aeron couldn’t help but flick though a few of his dragon books, quickly skim reading the symbols in each.
