Aeron landed with a thump against the wooden floor, “What was that for?” He asked, rubbing his head.
Aeron landed with a thump against the wooden floor, “What was that for?” He asked, rubbing his head.
She tried not to laugh “I had to use the bathroom.” She said stifling a giggle
“Oh right, totally.” He said standing up and mumbling as he left the room.
When he left she started laughing and made her way to the bathroom
(Gtg sleep might be on around 11:00 CST)
“Push me off the bed, krag allet yuras.” He unintentionally switch tongues while had made them both some tea.
(Alright, seeya then)
She went to her room and changed. She came out and stood in front of the bookshelf and tried to take a book off the top shelf
Aeron noticed what Olivia was doing, walked over, handed her the tea and the book. He then sat at the table, "Did you want to learn my tongue for not?"
“Yes!” She said nodding her head
"Alright, wait there," He said, standing from the table and grabbing some paper, pencils, and a few books. "Now, Sraba is a hard language as they use symbols instead of letters…." HE explained, writing out the symbols and motioned her Olivia to do the same.
Olivia looked at the symbols and tried to copy them exactly as she saw them
Aeron put his glasses on and looked at her symbols, "Good, that's good. These symbols correspond to these letters."
“Cool!” She said her eyes shining
"Okay, now the symbols/letters make these sounds, this is important because then you can speak it." He sounded out each symbol.
She repeated what he said with some difficulty
"Let's good for a first try, try again." He sounded them out slower.
She repeated them again
"Good, very good. Now try reading out this-Yurak halst lomip dreswt crelant." He said, reading out the sentence first.
“Y-Yurak hal-halst lomip d-dreswt crelant.” She said striggling
"Try again, put more emphasis on the second syllable."
She said them again exactly as he told her to.
(sorry gtg, byeee)
(Bye!)
Aeron smiled, “That’s good. Try reading a sentence from this book.” He said, opening to a page where the entire thing was written in those symbols.
