We could have them meet at like a writing convention or something…
Quinn walked through the front doors excited and ready, it wasn't her first year at the writing convention but the excitement made her feel like it was. She loved talking about writing and getting new ideas and inspirations.
Tara was checking over her notes for her speech at the panel. She had to be prepared.
Quinn took a seat in readied anticipation for the first panel.
Tara walked onto the stage. "Hello, everyone! I'm Tara Lowe, you may have heard of me. I mean, I did write the famous novel A Night On The Cliffs and Apprentice, after all. (Yeah, pretend those are like famous novels she wrote idk?) I'm so glad to be here with you all, it's very much worth it to have come down from London to speak here today."
Quinn looked up and saw her. Her slender composure, her wavy dark hair. She couldn't deny she was attractive and Quinn couldn't wait to hear what she had to say.
(Is she a more famous/well known author?)
Tara droned on for a while, when she finished her speech she exited the stage and decided to mingle for a bit.
Quinn packed some of her things into her bag as people began to move around her.
Tara accidentally walked into a girl. "Oh God, I'm so sorry. Are you alright?"
Quinn's head snapped up quickly, she blushed when she saw who it was. "Yeah, I'm good," She smiled brightly, "Amazing speech, by the way, I loved it."
"Thanks. What's your name-" Tara asked, looking the girl in the face and being stunned. How can such a hot girl exist? How is that logically and physically possible? she thought.
"Oh, I'm Quinn," She had found Tara to be attractive on the stage, but up close and in person, Quinn was amazed.
Tara didn't say anything for a few seconds. "Hey, I know this sounds absolutely mad, madder than the mad hatter, but do you want to go get coffee?"
"I'd love to actually," Quinn laughed "I could always use some coffee."
"I know a good cafe near here. Wanna go there?"
"Sure, sounds like a plan!" Quinn followed Tara and met up with her at the cafe. She ordered her drinks and sat down.
Tara sipped her coffee, looking out the window. It was a beautiful day.
"So," Quinn broke the silence peering at Tara and sipping coffee, "Tell me about yourself."
