"It was only 'cause my face hurts," Daus mumbled, though he cracked a small grin at Erikos' comment. "I still think you're the cutest," he teased in a faint sing-song voice, already turning the conversation to Erikos quickly to save himself from blushing further.
"I thought we already agreed I'm the hot one. You're cute, I'm hot. Maybe even sexy," Erikos said, grinning as he purred the last word. He even wiggled his eyebrows a bit, though he knew it probably made him look ridiculous
"Mm, sexy is definitely to word for it," Daus agreed, a small fit of laughter escaping him as Erikos wiggled his eyebrows and seemingly purred his words.
Erikos nodded, laughing a bit in the process. They were interrupted by the waiter giving them their food, and Erikos' eyes widened as he licked his lips hungrily
"Someone's hungry," Daus chuckled as he looked down at the tacos the waiter had set in front of them. They honestly did look delicious and he could feel his stomach grumbling inaudibly at the sight.
"I'm always hungry," Erikos said as if it was obvious. He grabbed one of his tacos, licking his lips before taking a sizeable bite. "Mm, these are good," he said around a mouthful of taco
"Really good," Daus agreed as he grabbed a taco as well and took a bite out of it, his voice a bit muffled from the food. It was really good food, though he still preferred the things Vien cooked. They honestly needed to open a restaurant up.
Erikos downed his first taco quickly before moving on to the next. He was glad that each order came with three tacos, since he was pretty hungry
After a few moments, Daus finished his taco as well, leaning forward to take a sip of the chocolate milkshake that they had ordered for the two of them. "I should really go out more if food is this good. Though, I would probably be broke by the end of the week," he joked with a light chuckle.
Erikos laughed and nodded. "Yep, the food around here is pretty good," he said before taking a sip of his milkshake. "Mm, this is good too."
Daus hummed in agreement, pecking Erikos' nose as the other moved closer to get a sip of the milkshake. He laughed a bit in amusement, taking a few more bites out of his taco as he glanced around the restaurant, studying a few of the different people that lived here.
Erikos alternated bites of taco and sips of milkshake, smiling as he did so. He couldn't help but smile. Daus seemed to be enjoying himself, and that made him happy as could be
