“You’ll see, just wait, I don’t want to spoil it for you,” Saya said. “Now let’s go,”

“Alright, how far away is it?” Aeron asked, following Saya and Talio.

It should be roughly on the other side of the universe… Saya laughed.

“You’re joking, right?” He said, smiling a little.

“We’ll have fun,” Saya said. As long as we stay on course we should get there in a few days, depending on how long we are stuck in the desert of time…

“Desert of time?! Maybe it was a bad choice to come with you..” He said rubbing his brow.

“Once we get there you’ll be happy you came,” She reassured him. “Twnaz Talio, May we have the honour svruit?”

“What does that mean?” Aeron asked.

Yes.. “Svruit means to ride,” She said, swinging herself onto the dragons back.

“If you’re sure…” Aeron awkwardly climbed on behind Saya.

(Clearly, you have more going on than me,)
"Hold on tight," Saya laughed as Talio readied to fly.

(Aha yeah)
Aeron gently placed his hands round her waist, ready for the flying.

Saya felt Aeron's hands on her waist, too flustered to say anything else. With a jolt, Talio jumped up, spreading his wings. A vibrant blue now rippled across the dragon.

Aeron’s grip tightened a little when Talio first took off but soon relaxed, taking in the surrounding area. The trees, the clouds, everything, “Wow..” He said.

Saya smiled, letting the wind caress her face. She took in the scenery passing, knowing this peaceful moment would soon end.

Aeron removed one hand and put it up, feeling the clouds beneath his hand then placed it back on Saya’s waist, and resting his head on her shoulder, “Thanks for showing me this.” He said quietly.

"You almost didn't want to come," She whispered back.

“I know, but I’m glad I did…” He glanced at her for a second for kissing her cheek quickly, “Thanks for convincing me.”

She bowed her head as an unfamiliar feeling came and her face heated. It won't all be like this, peaceful and calm, we still must prevail through the dangers of our journey…

Aeron sighed and closed his eyes for a moment, then breathed in deep. He new it wouldn’t all be calm but for now it was.

Saya watched the landscape below transform, greens and blues, fields of flowers.
