(Working on my girl Londyn right now…Sorry to those of you who wanted to be a witch…)

Name: Maxwell Addington

Appearance: Max has curly light blonde hair, icy blue eyes, and porcelain skin. He is tall and thin, almost gangly, with long limbs. He is pale in every way except when he blushes, which makes his entire face (ears included) and neck go a bright shade of red. He has thin lips, but nice teeth, and a long, straight nose. He has long eyelashes and nice eyebrows. Max can never quite get his hair to do what he wants, so he pretends that's how he intended it.
Personality: Max can be a bit uptight and egotistical, but once you get to know him he is actually quite jovial and fun-spirited. He is curious and can get into trouble that way. He likes to tease people, especially those close to him or those annoyed by his teasing. He is a bit of a kiss-up sometimes, because he experiences the pull of power, and his parents are always trying to move up. He likes to tell jokes and poke fun and is rarely serious, but can be serious if needed. He is witty and thinks highly of himself. He can be annoying or accidentally rude, however.

Wait, what is the Duke of? And he needs a restriction in his talisman

Do I just make up a city for him to be Duke of? Also the restriction is that he can only teleport to somewhere he has been before and it only works one time. He has to have the talisman touching his skin to use it.
