Gerard snaked forward and hissed something. The giant creature grumbled back.
Gerard glanced at them. "His name is Rory."

Gerard glanced at them. "His name is Rory."
Lucille nodded unsurely, not sure what to do with that information.
Gerard hissed again. The giant snake rumbled again. "Oh he's hungry and he thought you wouldn't mind."
“Excuse me?” Lucille said, offended.
"…checking your bag for snacks." Gerard finished.
“Oh.”
Tyson laughed, mostly from the nerves. "Well sure! Last time we found a whole happymeal in there."
“Yep.”
The ginat snake, Rory, huffed and spread his face into what appeared to be the snake equivalent of a smile.
"Watch out.." Gerard directed.
“For…?”
"RORY!"
The giant snake slithered forward, which was a bit like a mini earth quake.
“So does he want to eat us or the food in our backpack?”
"The backpack I'm guessing." Tyson replied.
“I hope so.” Lucille said.
The pack somehow expanded to allow Rory's giant head in. He snuffled around.
Lucille curiously and cautiously looked at the snake.
Tyson blinked. "That fricking bag…"
“… is magical.” Lucille said.
"And it's weirding me out." Tyson huffed.
“And keeping us alive.” Lucille added.
"Right so I shouldn't complain."
“Yes, you should respect Narnia.” Lucille nodded.
Tyson chuckled. 'As long as that putrescent snake doesn't destroy it."
Lucille punched Tyson’s shoulder lightly, “Don’t say that!”
He laughed. "Well it's not invincible! Wait is it?"
