I really want to round out this precious baby, I've fallen in love with him, but I just barely got up the courage to put him out there.
And if your oc could be human or something like that, it would be appreciated because I have a really good idea.

Name: Maury Fowler
Age: 20
Species: Human
Sexuality: Bisexual
Appearance: 5’9, 190 lbs., dark skin (he’s African-American), you know Wasabi from Big Hero 6? That’s kind how his hair is, fairly well built, had a tattoo of a flower on his shoulder
Personality: He may seem intimidating, but Maury is really a sweet guy. He’s a bit of a flirt. Maury is also pretty nice, but will not hesitate to hurt someone if they do something against his family or friends. Maury can be stubborn and can come off as mean, but you just need to give him a chance!
Background: Maury grew up in a pretty normal home. His mom has a love for flowers and nature, something Maury also has. His dad loves to read, and it may not be his favorite pastime, but Maury will read any book his dad recommends. He doesn’t know his mom’s side of the family that much, but loves his dad’s side. Every other year they get together for a family reunion with them.
Other: Maury owns his own flower shop called “Maury’s Flowers.” (He’s not that creative when it comes to names) It’s not very big or profitable, but he loves doing it.
It’s not the best character, sorry ;-;//
Okay, I have this beginner in my head and I need to get it out, so if you want, I can show it to you and if you like it, we'll use it, if not i can come up with another one//
There was a storm that night. The night the creature was spat out of the sea. He was bleeding heavily in his side, thanks to the strong currents slamming his body into rocks. His white hair splayed out on the sand, his body seeming broken. His tail still gently touched the water, keeping him in his half human half fish state. He seemed to be unconscious. As the storm clears and the sun rises he still lays there, his breathing uneven and ragged.
Maury was walking down the beach after the storm. Not many people where there, it was nice. He breathed in the salty ocean air, smiling to himself. That’s when he saw the struggling… man? Fish? Both? Whatever it was, it obviously needed his help. He ran toward the creature, looking at the damage, “What do I do…?” he muttered to himself, looking at the cut and the blood seeping out. He dragged it onto the beach, “Where so I take you?! The doctor?! The vet?! What am I supposed to do…?” Maury was freaking out, mumbling to himself.
The moment his tail left the water the male turned fully human, shivering at the cool morning air. He wasn't sure where he was. He was only in major pain. His body is covered in scratches and bruises, the worst was his waist, which was a relief. He groans softly when he feels someone dragging him, but he was to weak to open his eyes. He could only hope it wasn't someone who was a hunter or someone who planned on killing him. He gives a weak groan of pain, slowly looking up into the blinding sunlight. Was… was he on the mainland?
“Oh mai goodness wat da hek?!” Maury dropped the other when he transformed, “Is this a dream?! What?!” Maury felt like flipping over a table. He started freaking out more, “Ok, ok! Just… call 911, that’s the best idea,” Maury’s trembling hands reached for his phone. He held down the home button and said, “Call 911,” not trusting himself to put in his passcode correctly.
He coughs softly, opening his grey-black orbs. They flutters open slowly, trying to get used to the light. He squeaks when he sees a human. He couldn't understand the male, so he only tilted his head in confusion. Suddenly he leans in, quickly kissing the male before pulling away. The language enters his head and he looks up at the male. "Help…" Is what he manages. "Hurts…"
“I-I-I-I know, don’t worry!” Maury was taken aback by the sudden kiss, his face burning up. An operator finally picked up, “911, what’s your emergency?” a female voice asked.
“A, well, I found this, this guy and, and he seems hurt really badly,” Maury managed.
“Where are you?”
“Uh, a beach… I dunno where, I’m sorry,” Maury apologized.
“It’s alright, we’ll get an ambulance there as soon as possible. Please don-“
Maury had already hung up. He looked at the injured male, saying, “It’ll be ok, you’re going to be ok,” more trying to calm himself down than the other.
He was bare, and he was freezing. He tried curling in on himself and tried to keep warm. He looks at the human, who seemed to be freaking out. He winces at the pain in his side and looks at the human. He slowly opens his mouth. "What… Happened?" He asks. "I was swept up by the reef then…"
“I don’t know, you, you just were here and you were a fish and now your not and…,” Maury tried to calm himself down, “Ok, I don’t know what happened, but help’s on the way,” he assured, “Just try not to speak or move. Are, you cold? Here, you can have my shirt. Oh goodness what am I supposed to do?” Maury’s voice sped up as he talked, soon enough making him even more panicked. He took his shirt off and handed it to the other to try and keep him warm.
He raises a brow. "Are fish people not common here?" He asks quietly. He was growing a little nervous. The man panicking was putting him on edge. He takes the shirt thanks fully, slipping it on. He sighs at the warmth and tilts his head at the other male.
Maury looked confused, "What the heck? No?!?!" he heard sirens approaching and sighed in relief, "Don't worry, the professionals will be here soon and you'll feel better. Oh, goodness, that looks like a lot of blood," Maury realized. He felt nauseous, but tried not to show it, "You'll be fine, it'll be alright, they'll be able to help," Maury started to freak out again.
The male tilts his head, "What do I call you?" He asks quietly, smiling a little. He was tired and unsure. He was so sleepy. He was feeling lightheaded. Was this normal? He looks at the man, blinking a few times before leaning forward weakly. He gulps in the cool morning air. trying to focus.
"Maury," he replied. He saw the male move, "You, you probably shouldn't move. Or talk. The ambulance will be here soon, so just calm down," that last part was more for himself. He wanted to puke. Maury had never been good with blood or any injuries, for that matter. He watched the flashing lights as they approached quickly.
He nods and takes a shivering breath, "My head hurts…" he mutters. He curls up in on himself, releasing a quiet sigh and leans forward. He felt the world spinning around him. He gulps in air, then watches the flashing lights. He felt scared, but he wasn't sure why.
“Don’t worry, they’ll help you, it’s ok,” the whirring lights approached silently, having been turned off just in case he was sensitive to sound (yes they do this, I looked it up.) Maury sighed in relief, “Ok, they’re here now, you’ll be fine.”
He looks at the people with curious eyes, he had never seen something like this. He tilts his head and blinks a few times. "W-what's going on?" He asks softly.
"Don't worry, they're going to help you," Maury cooed, trying to signal the paramedics over. They came over and brought the other man into the ambulance (I dunno how they do it). Maury was allowed in with him. He just wanted to make sure he was going to be ok.
