(Shoosh— I’m working and doing this while looking at Goggle, idk ALL the lines)

Lucas hums along, closing his eyes.

(lol its cool)

"I'm bigger than my body. . . I'm colder than this home. . . I'm meaner than my demons. . . I'm bigger than these bones. . ." Tristan continues.

“And all the kids cried out, ‘Please stop, you're scaring me’ I can't help this awful energy.” He murmurs, slumping.

"Goddamn right, you should be scared of me! Who is in control?" Tristan sings before pausing.

"I didn't know you knew this song." he chuckles.

Lucas laughs, “It’s an amazing song, if someone didn’t know it, I might have to shun them from my life.”

Tristan rolls his eyes.

"Hmmm. . . what about this."

He pulls out his other earbud and starts to sing again.

"Hell raising. . . hair raising. . . I'm ready for the worst. So frightening. . . face whitening. . . fear that you can't reverse. My phone has no signal, it's makin' my skin crawl, the silence is so loud. The lights spark and flicker, with monsters much bigger than I can control now. Welcome to the panic room! Where all your darkest fears are gonna come for you, come for you. . ."

“*Welcome to the panic room, You'll know I wasn't joking, When you see them too, see them too. . .” He adds, grinning slightly.

Tristan laughs. "Alrigh then. We're doing something harder now."

"I fear nothing, for I feel nothing at all. Staring off the edge, but I'll tell you I'm fine. It's getting dark out, there's no need to hide. . . Just how good the end really looks sometimes. If hope still lives out there, it's so hard for us to find. . ."

Tristan rolls his eyes. "There's no way."

Lucas laughs, “Like I said, I’ll try anything once. And music. . . Well, it sticks in my brain, one time through a song and it’s practically memorized. Sure, there are some songs out there I don’t have memorized, but I’ll recognize their rhythm. It makes me that much more amazing and loveable.” He grins.

Tristan sighs. "Bet."

Lucas laughs softly.

Tristan starts to hum a short clip of a song - "Freak Show" by Sub Urban and Rei Ami

Lucas listens, “Freak Show. Sub Urban featuring Rei Ami, right?”

Tristan narrows his eyes. "You've gotta be kidding me."

Lucas smirks, “Nope.” He leans back.

Tristan thinks.

Tristan smirks triumphantly. "Nope. My Mind by Mickey Valen and Emily Vaughn."
