Eseme pushed open the door hesitantly. "Uh, hello…?"

Sparrow walked in “hi?” She said then saw a girl there. “Are you new too?” She asked

Myah looked up. "Hey! We're all new." Myah said to Sparrow. "Did you hear the speech earlier?" She tested.

“Speech? I was told to come here.” She said

Myah frowned. "My father, who is the director of this whole thing, gave everyone specific instructions to report to the lobby first thing for the speech/initiation."

“No I guess I didn’t hear that. Someone told me to come here.” She said confised

"Wh-What speech? Oh gosh, what did I miss now?" Eseme worried.

Myah took a deep breath. "Oooookay. Lemme just…." She quickly searched her watch for the recording of her speech and played it for the others.

(If you don't know what to speech is I would suggest you go back and read it bc it has some important info.)

Alex walked into the room.

Sparrow listened to the speech. She looked up when she heard the door open “hello!”

"Uh Hi?" Alex said in unsurliness.

"Myah. nice to meet you, Ileia." Myah said as she quickly put her clothes in their compartment.

"So… you're like… important?" she asked, a bit nervous.

"Uh Hi?" Alex said in unsurliness.

"Oh… more people." Great, her mind told her, you really seem desperate to be hated.

"Uh Hi?" Alex said in unsurliness.

"Thanks." Alex said in sarcasm. "I was told to meet here?"

"Myah. nice to meet you, Ileia." Myah said as she quickly put her clothes in their compartment.

"So… you're like… important?" she asked, a bit nervous.

"I mean………my dad's the director. Other than that, not really." Myah answered. "Feel free to treat me as average as you want." Myah finished putting her stuff away. "Okay. There are currently five girls in this room, soooo………one of us doesn't belong in this room." She said, rubbing her temples.

“Well I was sent her with someone who said to wait for the others.” She shrugged

Eseme shuffled her feet nervously. Anxiety crawled up her spine and wrapped its claws around her neck. She gasped quietly. Shivers dripped down her arms.

Myah took a deep breath and fell backwards dramatically on her bed. "This is getting really stressful."

"I can go," Eseme said, turning to leave.

"No, no. Don't leave." Myah insisted.
