"There should be a river a few miles that way." said Skye wryly.
"To be honest, and blunt, we are in the middle of nowhere." said Arthur.
Silver nodded, "Skye, shall we go for food?" Skye nodded, Shifting to wolf form with Silver and running off.
Firiko listened to their banter, and frowned when he heard the word experiment. Firiko nodded at the invite, situating himself in the back, his wings held at a slightly uncomfortable angle to account for feathers.
Silas started driving off and kova followed. Soon after they arrived in a good sized house. Silas parked the car and entered the code to let then pass through the barrier Citlali created. He gestured to the front door and announced "welcome to mi casa."
Citlali nodded "thanks, I am grateful that I stumbled upon such nice people." She said and walked over to where they directed her.
Arthur gaped at her. "He meant like a good 20 miles…." he said, following her. "Besides! These woods aren't safe! You can't just walk off!!"
"I can bend the earth to my will, I dont think that will he a problem." She replied.
"Idiot" muttered Arthur, stepping in her way. "You clearly didn't understand me." he said. "These wodds are dangerous."
"How so?" She asked, crossing her arms and glaring at the Male infront if her
Arthur sighed, "There are monsters out there who can and will kill you." he said. "It's not safe."

Arthur facepalmed. "You're officially worse than my twin." he said flatly.

Citlali grinned "I'd like to meet your twin." She said and continued walking
"He's nowhere near here, and he's busy with his son." said Arthur. "No do us all a favour and don't try to run off?"
Firiko looked around, curious, but quiet. "Thanks" he said distractedly.
Citlali ignored him and moved a branch out of the way to keep going.
Silas opened the front door and brought Firiko inside "if you want to wash up or rest for a bit, the first room on your left upstairs is a bathroom and there is a loft right there," he pointed to the right "that you can access. Just climb up the pegs."
Firiko nodded, "Alright, but how are we gonna get me home? and retrieve your friend?" he asked, hoping they had ideas.
Arthur watched. "Fine! Go commit suicide in the dangerous forest! Don't say I didn't warn you!!" he called.
Silas squinted his left eye in thought "well, we could run some tests and scan for dimensions then pinpoint which dimension your chemical map matches and try to onoen a dimensional doorway." Silas said
Citlali made a rude gesture before continuing walking.
Arthur felt a low growl rise in his throat as she left. Whelp, she can go get herself killed for all I care! he thought, shifting and lying down to take a nap.
Firiko gave him a look of sheer confusion. "Uhmm…. do you think you could translate to english please?" he asked.

Kova laughed and looked at Firiko "what he means is that we'll go down to the lab and use some of our equipment to check what happened to the rift. After gaining that data, we will use a special device to search for dimensions where something similar occurred. To make things easier, we will take some DNA samples from you and find out your chemical map, things from your world that influenced how you look, and match it to dimensions to find your. Afterwards we will attempt to open a doorway to your dimension. A portal if you will." Kova explained

Citlali walked a little further and heard a twig snap close to her. She stopped and frowned "Arthur I know it's you." She sighed
Firiko sighed, pushing up his right sleeve, revealing an intricate mark on his upper arm. "And Acaries link. It links me to my twin brother and sister, since their back home, you might be able to use the link to find my world faster." he said.
Arthur lounged on the grass staring up at the stars. How long do you think it'll take?

Citlali turned around and saw a pair of catlike eyes staring back at her. She swore and immediately covered herself in StarDust, a simple spell that works as a shield against major attacks.
